It was worth booking this tour. Hilde picked us up directly from the ship and showed us Oslo wonderfully. Best regards

We had limited time in Oslo, and our private walking tour was the perfect way to see the city and learn more about its history. Our tour guide, Sigrid, was excellent and tailored the tour to our interests. She offered a wealth of information and we learned a lot. Sigrid also provided valuable advice about what else to see while in Oslo and even guided one of our group members back to our hotel on public transit.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time in Oslo and that Sigrid helped make the most of your visit. We will be sure to share your lovely feedback with her. We hope to welcome you back to Scandinavia one day!
We wanted to love this tour, and our guide was incredibly nice, but the experience fell short of our expectations. The tour lacked a clear, engaging route with the steady stream of facts and commentary we've typically enjoyed on similar city tours. Our guide was very quiet and struggled a bit with English fluency, which made it hard to hear and stay engaged. There were also several instances where historical details were conflicting or unclear. The guide has great potential because of their warm personality, but the tour definitely needs a bit more structural preparation and factual polishing.
Thank you very much for your honest and thoughtful feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience in Oslo did not meet your expectations and that the guide’s delivery affected your overall impression of the tour. We have shared your comments with the guide, including your observations about the structure, commentary, and historical information. We hope she will take this feedback seriously and use it to improve future tours. We also appreciate your kind words about her personality, and thank you for taking the time to share such constructive feedback.
Anastasia was a fantastic guide. Meeting up at our hotel was very easy and timely. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Our three and half hours was at a perfect pace, visiting the major points of interest around the city center. She shared enjoyable nuggets of information along the way.
This was an outstanding personalized tour of Oslo. We were met right at our cruise ship by Anastasia, and for the next 3 hours, we enjoyed a leisurely, deeply informative walk through the city and its sites. Anastasia possessed a keen knowledge of Norway's history, as well as the cultural influences of its neighbors. Moreover, we thoroughly enjoyed her insight and candor into daily life in response to our many questions. She truly made the tour exceptional. Our highest recommendation
Thank you for your kind words and for your high appreciation of Anastasia’s work. She is truly passionate about her work and is a highly dedicated professional. We always share our guests’ feedback with our guides, as it motivates and inspires them to continuously improve their tours and deepen their knowledge. We sincerely hope to welcome you back to Oslo again in the future!
We arrived by cruise ship. Mireia, our guide, met us at our ship, an easy link up. She is a licensed tour guide with the city and was very knowledgeable of the city and the country of Norway. Our primary interests are history and culture, and we buried her with questions (something you can never do in group tours). She answered them all. The walking tour covered about 3 miles. She covered the fort, the old town, the city and national government buildings, and the Royal palace. She was very flexible--several times she gave us options of what to see and adjusted her tour accordingly. If you are looking to get a personalized tour of Oslo, this is the one.
Thank you very much for your thoughtful and detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time in Oslo with Mireia. She is indeed a highly knowledgeable and dedicated guide, and we are especially pleased that her passion for Norwegian history and culture helped make your visit both engaging and memorable. We will be sure to share your kind feedback with Mireia — comments like yours are truly appreciated and very motivating for our guides. Thank you again for choosing our tour, and we hope to welcome you back to Norway in the future.

Our tour guide Sigrid was excellent. She did a great job of providing a history of Oslo. I would suggest her.

Very nice tour covered all major landmarks
Thank you for your feedback! We look forward to seeing you in Oslo again.
Knowledgeable, personable guide! But, if winter, be ready for the cold. Would love to do it again, but next time, in the summer.
