Highly recommended experience in the heart of Trastevere. Tasting of excellent wines paired with quality food in a Roman cistern made very suggestive by the details but above all by the welcome of the fantastic Geneva, which accompanied us on this sensory journey with much competence, passion and a lot of sympathy.

To our surprise we (my husband and I) were the only guests at the tasting. That made the experience extra special and personal. We enjoyed so much all the good food and the matching wines. Honestly booked this on a whim and it surprised us. The old Roman cistern is really cool, pairings made sense, and the mix of cheeses, meats, and wine felt very authentic overall.
