Diese Tour ist perfekt für Reisende, die eine lokale Erfahrung machen möchten! Treffen Sie sich mit Ihrem lokalen, zweisprachigen Experten und finden Sie heraus, wie es ist, ein Teil der Gemeinschaft in Florenz zu sein! Bei unserem ersten Halt stärken wir uns mit etwas italienischem Kaffee. Erleben Sie unsere Kaffeekultur aus erster Hand und erfahren Sie, warum sie ein so wichtiger Bestandteil unserer täglichen Routine ist. Als nächstes werden wir zum geschäftigen lokalen Markt gehen, um die saisonalen Produkte zu sehen, lokale Metzger und Fischer zu treffen und natürlich eine weitere köstliche Verkostung zu haben. Anschließend machen wir einen Spaziergang durch das Stadtzentrum und halten an einigen verschiedenen Geschäften in Familienbesitz, um einige traditionelle Favoriten zu probieren, darunter florentinisches Straßenessen, toskanische Süßigkeiten, Olivenöl, Fleisch, Käse, Trüffel, gereifter Balsamico, Wein, und vieles mehr! Beenden Sie die Tour mit einem köstlichen lokalen Favoriten, einem reichhaltigen, cremigen Gelato! Dieser Rundgang umfasst 5-6 Haltestellen und 10 Verkostungen!

Wir beginnen im sehr lokalen Viertel Sant' Ambrogio. Hier besuchen wir ein paar verschiedene kleine Läden, um lokale Spezialitäten zu probieren. Unsere Verkostungen während der Tour umfassen alles von Cantucci, Coccoli, Pizette, Fleisch, Käse, Olivenöl, Trüffel und vielem mehr!
Nach ein paar Verkostungen in der Gegend von Sant' Ambrogio machen wir einen schönen Spaziergang durch das Stadtzentrum, der sich durch die örtlichen Straßen dreht und wendet, um in ein anderes Viertel zu gelangen.

I just went to find Christy's tour information for a friend and realized that I never wrote a review. I've been on a bunch of food tours over the years and this was one of my favorites. Even in a city crowded with tourists like Florence, you get a sense of how the locals live and eat. Christy is lovely and the food was great. Overall it was a fabulous experience.

Danilo was an amazing tour guide. He tailored the tour to our interests and provided a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for our first day in Florence! Our guide was Danilo who did a fantastic job of showing us some of the less touristy sides of Florence. He had a great relationship with the venues he took us to and it felt like a really special event. Danilo himself spoke excellent English, was knowledgeable (although it wasn’t a historical tour) and was super friendly. We learned lots and it definitely enriched our trip. We would definitely recommend him to friends. The tour wasn’t too long, in terms of distance. We made a slight mistake in walking to the start of the tour from our hotel, about an hour’s walk away, so we’re relieved not to be walking 20,000 steps across Florence.

Super fun, great food, wine and company. Our tour guide Tatiana was genuine, warm and kind. I’d recommend this tour to everyone - just super nice to walk around Florence and enjoy some fun conversation and local food/coffee/wine.

We had a wonderful time with Christy. The food was well-paced and consistently delicious. The samples were small at each location, and all thoughtfully planned to showcase seasonal fruits and fresh ingredients. The guide was great. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and gave us a good insight into life in Florence from a local point of view. Was a casual pleasant walk around the old town. We weren’t very hungry so she adapted the tour to us quite well…but we could have done with more than 1 glass of wine however !

We were a group of 3 on this tour with Christy. We especially enjoyed her perspective as being raised in the U.S. but living in Italy for the past 10 years. She could communicate very naturally as both an American and a Native to Florence. The number of stops and variety of tastes made this tour very worthwhile, as well as the starting point near a fresh market just outside of the center of the city where you then proceed to walk toward the main center of Florence, made this an ideal tasting tour. We especially were impressed by the hidden gems like the sandwich shop and the wine cellar. I would highly recommend, especially as one of the first activities as a good orientation to the city.
