I booked this experience before I knew I had also booked a stamp carving experience with the same studio. The experience was much more intimate, although I suspect this was due to the time of day - there were just 4 of us in the class, and we had a nice time sewing up our journals! A good place to keep all of your musings, or Korea trip memories!
This experience deserves 5/5. Jeongju is a fantastic teacher, she is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Her skillful expertise will impart knowledge that will last We had an absolute blast making incredible mementos of our trip to Seoul.
A fantastic beginner friendly class! In fact if you like arts and crafts I highly recommend taking her other classes. You can book the stone carving class and then do book binding right after. If you are even remotely interested it is definitely worth your time and money because at the end after the class you're right by the art district that has plenty of shops and food.
Jeongju is very kind and warm hearted person. She helped usduring the whole process, she was encouraging. We learned nit just about the process, but about Korea. She was also helped to practice Korean language. So this clasd, or other classes of Jeongju are very recommended.
I've been to South Korea twice. 21 days touring the country for the first time and 31 days in Seoul for the second. I don't know. I've already been twice and it's 14 hours of flight from my country. I think it's worth knowing him, since despite the Kdramas, he's a great stranger. Sometimes you notice that it is a mixture of China and Japan and other times you notice that it is unique and original.
Truly a wonderful experience, located in a lovey little studio near Gyeongbokgung Palace. Her instructions were very clear and our notebooks came out great! Would highly recommend as a cute, quick date.
My sister and I had a great time making our own traditional notebooks. Our host was very informative and kind. Definitely check out this one of a kind experience when you're visiting Seoul!
An unforgettable experience under friendly and expert guidance. The Scetchbook will remind me of the beautiful journey. Thanks to Jeongji, she was really super nice🤩
I took this class so I would have a unique travel journal for my trip to Korea. And now, not only do I have a very unique journal, I feel confident that I could make another one if I needed to. I was the only student in the class, and instead of canceling the class, Jenogju let me be the only student. I greatly appreciated her help in making this travel journal a very unique one. Thank you Jeongju!
Jeongju was so nice! She explained every step clearly and let you do it at your own speed. I really enjoyed myself and now I have a good memory and souvenir!
