Not a good experience

The pickup time changed to an hour later than planned and then they were late on the revised time. No one answered the phone when requesting information. Driver was erratic and there was total confusion on where we were going although it was discussed with dispatch multiple times. This was not a good experience.

We had a smooth and easy...

We had a smooth and easy ride to the airport. The driver arrived on time and was helpful and courteous. The van was at capacity with people and luggage, so it was a bit crowded but otherwise fine.

No Show with No Notice

Our airport bus did not arrive, we received no prior communication to notify us of this. When I chased it up, I was offered a shuttle 2hrs later, this would not have gotten us to the flight on time. I expected them to arrange a taxi or something else, they did not. Unnecessary stress before a long flight. Opted for this company to save some $ and ended up doing the opposite.

Ickup mixup

Everything was excellent except for one thing. They had 4 pick up points. They were all unsheltered. It was snowing that day. So I waited near by out of the elements. They didn’t know I was waiting there and didn’t stop. I called and they came back for me. They are very nice. Just a communication problem because of the weather.

Beware of direct transfers to the hotel

It was a contract to pick you up at the hotel but the driver didn't know, so you need to tell the driver directly on the day. The driver contacted me and explained to me, and he immediately picked me up at the hotel. The driver was a safe driver and friendly person.

Great,wonderful shuttle ride exoerience

Mechanical delay recovery.

Our pickup was for 1000hrs. We were at the spot at 0940. At 1015 no shuttle so I reached out and was advised there was a mechanical issue and pickup would be 1130. From there communication was flowing with updates and they arranged a substitute company who arrived at 1130. So while initially concerning they did recover and keep us informed. So high marks for that.

Unreliable, unreachable, and uncomfortable

Was not informed that pickup was in back of hotel, not in front. No contact information given. Called number on ticket and went to voicemail. Finally found van about 15 minutes after set pickup time and driver could not figure out my tickets. Late arriving to airport. Ride was hot and uncomfortable.

Sorry to have to rate poorly

The ride to Banff was good however on the return, they never showed up. Multiple calls only got voicemail. Reached via attorney and they were unable to reach the tour operator. My son was stranded in Banff. I had to book another shuttle a couple of hours later. When you have somebody that gives you a ride to the shuttle stop and then they’re waiting for over 20 minutes and then you have to leave and come back. It makes it difficult. I understand mechanical issues can happen but to get a phone call 25 minutes after the pick up is not OK. You knew you were gonna be running late. You could’ve just called and he would’ve waited instead of scrambling trying to find another shuttle. Very disappointing. The phone number on your website says it operates 7 AM to 7 PM mountain time. It also says 24 seven support. This is not the case. You should be giving proper information out. If someone sees 7 AM and calls at 7 AM they expect an answer not two hours later. It seems like there is only one person that answers the phone and it’s on a cell phone.
