We loved everything - their professionalism, their friendliness, the hotels we stayed in, the animals we saw. The administrative team was helpful form the start in making sure the plan was clear and to our satisfaction, and the guide was simply amazing. He was friendly, knowledgable, and patient. We can't wait for the next time!

I booked this tour and got appointed a great tour guide, named Meddie Buwendo. Of all our other guides he was the best. He keeps your needs in mind and does all he can to get you the best experience. If you need something he will help you and keep it in mind. If your shoe breaks, he takes you to someone to fix it. If you dont have a raincoat, he takes you to a place to buy one for a reasonable price. He tries to get you the best rangers for chimp/gorilla tours. And he gives information an explanation of what is seen in tours in safary, very informative. I definitely recommend you Meddie. He will make you tour worth it. We miss you Meddie! Me and my family travelled around Uganda for 10 days in Aug 2019. We organized a 9 days tour (Murchison falls, Queen Elizabeth park, Bwindi gorilla tracking) with Simba Africa Expeditions and I would totally do the same choice again. Before booking, I exchanged many (more than 70!) emails with them, asking plan changes, hotel upgrades etc , and they always replied me quickly and super super kindly (thank you again Sharl!). Tom, our guide/driver, has been the most patient and positive guide ever, always well-prepared about what we were seeing and open to any request about changes on the plan.
