We have booked the tour for the afternoon. After confirming and later contacting the local guide, the guide texted and cancelled on us 15 minutes prior to meeting up due to an emergency situation of a friend of hers. The operator called us and send an apology. Basically the booking was cancelled last minute which was very disappointing. I m concerned about the full refund and still looking forward to since your cancellation email mentioned zero 0.- refund ?!

As promised, you will receive a full refund, and we have already submitted the refund request through Viator. It may take a few days for Viator to process it, so please don’t worry if it’s not reflected immediately. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another experience in the future.

We three unanimously agreed that the tour of Avignon with our guide Jerome was one of the most interesting events of our trip. Jerome was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and friendly. Although only a one-hour tour, we saw the most important historical sites of the city. A super day was had by all!
