Abholung vom KUSADASI PORT Treffen mit unserem Reiseleiter im Hafen von Kusadasi mit EPHESUS SHUTTLE-Zeichen. ( Wir haben unterschiedliche Abholzeiten für verschiedene Kreuzfahrten. Die Abholzeit wird während Ihrer Bestätigung angegeben )
Nach der Begrüßung fahren wir nach Ephesus. Gehen Sie durch die Geschichte durch Marmorstraßen, die von wunderschönen öffentlichen Gebäuden gesäumt sind, darunter die Bäder von Scholastica, die Bibliothek von Celsus; Es wurde zu Beginn des 2. Jahrhunderts v. Chr. von Gaius Julius Aquila als Denkmal für seinen Vater Gaius Julius Celsus Polemanus, den Prokonsul der Provinz Asien, erbaut. Der Hadrian-Tempel und das Große Theater sind zwei der beeindruckendsten Gebäude in Ephesus. Das große Theater wurde im 3. Jahrhundert v. Chr. Erbaut und später im 1. Jahrhundert v. Chr. Von den Römern auf 24.000 Zuschauer erweitert.
Visit Terrace Houses liegt am Fuße des Pion Mountain. Es gibt 6 Wohneinheiten, die auf drei künstlich angelegten Terrassen errichtet wurden. Diese Häuser wurden von wohlhabenden Bürgern von Ephesus besiedelt. Diese Häuser waren sehr aufwendig mit Wandfresken und Bodenmosaiken dekoriert. Es gibt viele Stufen, die von unten nach oben führen. Nicht empfohlen für Personen mit Gehschwierigkeiten und Akrophobie (Höhenangst).
Wir halten am Artemissionstempel, wo einst eines der sieben Weltwunder der Antike war, als unsere letzte Station, bevor wir zurück ins Stadtzentrum und zum Hafen von Kusadasi fahren. Das Ende unserer Dienstleistungen.

Olgu was a great guide! Picked up at the pier from a cruise ship with them waiting for us with a sign in hand as promised and the Ephesus tour was great as well as seeing some interesting shops in the area.

This tour was excellent. We were lucky that our small group tour ended up being a private tour for the two of us. Our guide, Emre, was outstanding. He gave us great information while touring Ephesus. He was a trained archaeologist and was excited that we were interested in history and was able to answer all of our questions and add additional information. We also appreciated that he handled the religious history in the context of archeology. We would also recommend adding the optional visit to the Terrace Houses while at Ephesus. He also gave us the option of visiting a family that makes Anatolian pottery (one of only 5 still doing this) and it was amazing to see and learn how the pottery is made.
