Entdecken Sie Santorin und seine vulkanischen Wunder mit Alex Private Boat

Beschreibung

What made this boat ride special was Alex! He has lived his whole life in Santorini and his love for the islands really come out. It’s almost like an old friend taking you to his favorite spots. Would recommend to all my friends.
An absolutely wonderful experience! Panos was our skipper and the best host. We received detailed information on where to meet in the port and a reminder to wear dark swim wear due to the sulfur in the hot springs. To get to your vessel you can either walk the old traditional way to access the harbour (600 steps) or there is a cable car. The cable car cost €10 per person each way. Be mindful that there may be long queues for the cable car when cruise ships arrive. Our trip started at 13.15hrs and worked well avoiding all the passengers that were getting off/on their cruise ships. On the trip, Panos has excellent knowledge about the history of Santorini and how the land has formed and always puts the guests safety first. Panos made sure that the trip was personal to us and was answering all our questions about the caldera. The sights from the boat are amazing and swimming in the hot springs is an experience feeling the different temperatures. Because the boat is smaller than the catamarans, Panos gets closer to the hot springs and we were the only ones there at one point. Panos does provide you with a float aid for safety when going in the water and he also has snorkeling equipment for you to use too. He also provides towels as well. We stopped in clear crystal waters and Panos provided food and wine which was absolutely delicious. He plays very good tunes on the boat and knows when to interact with you and when to let you have space as a couple. He is a very warm and gentle soul. The trip was amazing and we would highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful day!
We had the best boat trip with Panos. He was so lovely — really informative about the history of the area but also funny and easygoing, which made us feel so comfortable. I’m not a strong swimmer, but he had floats for us and even offered flippers for my boyfriend, which was so thoughtful. He has the perfect way of knowing when to chat and when to leave you to enjoy your own moments as a couple. The food he served was delicious, and the music he played throughout gave the trip such a great vibe. Panos and the boat are genuinely wonderful, and the whole experience made my boyfriend’s birthday so special. We couldn’t have asked for more — thank you!
I can’t recommend this experience enough. Panos gave my family an unforgettable afternoon. They absolutely loved the sights, the history of the caldera, and being out on the water. It was gorgeous and picturesque. While snorkeling, I saw so many little fish, hermit crabs, and bottom feeders. What made this private boat ride even more special was how dedicated Panos was in ensuring our safety and making sure the tour was made personal to what we wanted. I (and I alone- the rest of my family were perfectly fine) had terrible sea sickness towards the end and Panos was so attentive, understanding exactly what I was experiencing and knowing what I needed. He went above and beyond, bringing me sparkling water and staying with me far past our booking window, just to make sure I was ok. He truly cares. Do not hesitate to book this tour! You won’t regret it.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Happy to add our five star review to that of others. Our family including two teenage girls absolutely loved this. Panos is a considerate host but also highly informed, experienced and passionate about his guests experience. Worth every penny.
An amazing experience! We had a great time. We loved snorkeling, visiting the hot spring, and the great tapas on the boat!! Thank you to Panos for a safe and memorable experience for our family. We’ll visit again soon.
Simply the best experience i've had so far on my trip. Panos ( our guide) is one of the best, so welcoming and genuinely cares about his clients and their safety. We got to learn about the history and how the landforms are how they are now, as well as swimming in hot spring and snorkeling. At the end, Panos cooked us a great meal and explained why the food is prepared the way it is. Panos is comfortable speaking in whatever language you prefer and is a great guide who is way above average. I would check him out if you want a good experience that isn't tourist trapped and want to learn while having fun with amazing views, Check Panos out!
The 3hr private boat tour through Alex Boat Rental was amazing!! Our captain was Panos and he was so respectful telling us everything we were doing and his knowledge of the island is incredible! We swam in the hot springs and then found a private cove to swim, snorkel and have a traditional Greek lunch. Delicious!! It’s just different to see the islands from inside the caldera!! Great day to end our Greek adventure!
This was a wonderful experience. Pannos was our captain and he was very knowledgeable and a wonderful host. The meze he served for lunch was wonderful. Highly recommend!
Our private boat excursion around the Santorini caldera was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish Panos provided exceptional service with clear and prompt communication regarding details He is a delight and well informed about the area. He shared interesting stories and insights about the island's history and culture. We stopped for a swim in the sulfur springs. We arrived before other boats, so we had the peaceful tranquility of the area to ourselves. It was truly a unique and relaxing experience to swim in the mineral-rich waters. We also had the chance to snorkel in a beautiful spot, where we saw a variety of fish. Panos served a delicious traditional Greek lunch prepared by his neighbor. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect way to refuel for the rest of our day. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Santorini! This is truly a highlight! Note: there are about 600 steps down to the Old Port of Fira or take the Cable Car for 6 euros (expect a long line).
