Auf dieser Tour entdecken wir etwas wirklich Einheimisches, Authentisches und Einzigartiges : Das geheime Marrakesch! Wir beginnen unsere Wanderung vom berühmten Platz Jemaa El Fna aus, weben dann durch die engen Gassen der Medina und fahren in Richtung des historischen jüdischen Viertels (Mellah). Dort besuchen wir eine Synagoge aus dem 15. Jahrhundert und erkunden den größten jüdischen Friedhof Marokkos. Als nächstes halten wir an einem traditionellen öffentlichen Ofen (Ferran) an, um zu sehen, wie marokkanisches Brot mit jahrhundertealten Methoden gebacken wird, die über Generationen weitergegeben wurden. Anschließend wandern wir durch die farbenfrohen und lebendigen Souks von Marrakesch, wo Sie auf arbeitende Kunsthandwerksgeschäfte treffen – Lederhandwerker, Schmiede, Wollfärber und viele andere versteckte Juwelen, die die meisten Besucher vermissen. Schließlich kehren wir zurück nach Jemaa El Fna und beenden die Tour voller unvergesslicher Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschichten und der wahren Essenz von Marrakesch.

Dies ist der berühmteste Platz in Marokko, ein Ort voller Leben und Aktivität. Hier können Sie eine Show von Akrobaten, lokalen Musikern, Schlangenbeschwörern ... und vielem mehr genießen. Tagsüber ist der Platz ruhig und am späten Nachmittag und Abend wird es lebhafter.
Diese Synagoge stammt aus dem Ende des 15. Jahrhunderts und wurde von sephardischen Juden gegründet, die damals aus Andalusien (Spanien und Portugal) vertrieben wurden. Es ist das älteste in Marrakesch und seit seiner Gründung immer noch aktiv. Es beherbergt auch ein wunderschönes Museum für jüdische Geschichte und Kultur in Marokko.
Dies ist der größte jüdische Friedhof in Marokko mit mehr als 20.000 Gräbern. Er stammt aus dem Jahr 1537 und sieht überhaupt nicht wie die Friedhöfe aus, die Sie vielleicht kennen! ein ganz besonderer und interessanter Ort zum Sehen.
Die Souks von Marrakesch sind ein „Must-See“-Teil unserer Tour. Sie sind so farbenfroh und lebendig, mit ihren kleinen Straßen und kleinen Werkstätten lokaler Kunsthandwerker, ich bin sicher, Sie werden erstaunt sein, wie schön die Souks sind ^^

We had a private walking tour with Chafik on our very first day in Marrakech, and it was honestly the best way we could have started our trip. Chafik has incredible knowledge of both the city and Morocco’s history, but what made the experience special was how he brought everything to life in a way that felt personal and engaging. He didn’t just take us to the main historical sites, but also showed us smaller, hidden places we would have never found on our own. He was very accommodating to our pace and any personal requests, which made the tour feel tailored just for us rather than something generic. This experience really set the tone for the rest of our trip, and we walked away feeling much more connected to Marrakech. Would absolutely recommend and would 100% do it again. There’s no better way to start your time in Morocco.
We spent approximately 3 hours with Chafik just wandering the various souks in the Medina. Not really shopping for anything just meandering! He has such a love for his country and heritage and it shows! His knowledge is vast he's super flexible and was very accommodating during our time together. I highly recommend him if you want a 5 star experience!
He was fantastic and took us to all sorts of unique hidden places that we would have never seen otherwise. His English was impeccable and was very patient with all our questions. We had a great day with him and had an amazing day in seeing the sights of Marrakesh.

Today my husband and I enjoyed a two-hour guided tour of the souk with Chafik, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience. We’ve been to Marrakesh many times and have wandered the souks often, but because they’re such a labyrinth, we’d always found ourselves doing the same loops again and again. His knowledge of everyday Moroccan life is incredible, and he shared so many fascinating insights that truly brought the souk to life.
