- Die kurzfristige Annullierung von Flügen oder die Unfähigkeit, von einem Kreuzfahrtschiff auszusteigen, liegt nicht in der Verantwortung unseres Unternehmens. Aus diesem Grund werden Erstattungsanträge aufgrund solcher Vorfälle nicht akzeptiert. Sollte der Kunde von einer solchen Änderung erfahren, wird er / sie aufgefordert, mehr als 24 Stunden vor Beginn der Tour oder Aktivität mit unserem Unternehmen zu kommunizieren, um mögliche Änderungen des Datums oder der Uhrzeit zu besprechen (vorbehaltlich Verfügbarkeit).
- Rückerstattungsanforderungen für kurzfristige Stornierungen (bis zu 24 Stunden vor der Tour oder Aktivität) werden aus irgendeinem Grund nicht angenommen.
- Alle Kunden werden gebeten, ihren bevorzugten Treffpunkt und Ort bis 15:00 Uhr des vorherigen Datums bezüglich der Abholung der gebuchten Tour oder Aktivität abzusenden. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, wird unser Unternehmen alles tun, um sie zu finden (Telefon, E-Mail usw.), übernimmt jedoch keine Verantwortung für den Ausfall. Treffpunkte könnten überall auf der Insel sein und die erforderlichen Informationen sind entweder der Hotelname oder der Name des Kreuzfahrtschiffes, mit dem sie ankommen. Wenn Sie sich in einem Apartment aufhalten, werden Sie gebeten, uns eine Google-Karte, ein nahe gelegenes Hotel oder alle Informationen zu senden, die uns beim Auffinden helfen. Jegliche Verspätung des Kunden (bis zu 15 Minuten, auf die wir warten werden) beeinflusst den Transferzeitplan und stört den reibungslosen Ablauf der Tour / Aktivität.
- Bei Übernachtungen ohne Namen wird unser Unternehmen den geeignetsten Ort für die Abholung festlegen.
- Bei Unterkünften, die sich in einer Fußgängerzone befinden, wird unser Unternehmen den bestmöglichen Abholpunkt festlegen.
- Unser Unternehmen ist nicht dafür verantwortlich, zu wissen, ob der Kunde einen Transfer buchen soll oder nicht. Der Transferplan ist weniger als 24 Stunden vor der Operation vorbereitet, daher können wir eine solche Notwendigkeit nicht vorhersagen.
- Transfer-Inklusivleistungen beinhalten eine bestimmte Entfernung, während für abgelegene Gebiete Elia, Kalafatis, Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise, Kanalia und andere abgelegene Villen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 10 € pro Person anfällt (vor Ort in bar zu bezahlen).
- Bei verspäteter Ankunft werden Tourinhalte und verpasste Aktivitäten nicht erstattet.
- Erstattungen, Ausgleichszahlungen, teilweise oder vollständige Erstattungen würden nicht gewährt.
- Route: Im Falle höherer Gewalt und/oder aus Gründen, die außerhalb unserer Kontrolle liegen, und Ereignissen, die nach der Tourabfahrt eintreten, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, die Routenführung zu ändern und die Reiseroute zu ändern.
- Die Tourdauer kann je nach Verkehrslage und Wetter variieren.
- Die Gesamtdauer beinhaltet den Transfer vom/zum Hotel oder Hafen.

Perfect experience and our guide Sara was very kind and helpful for everything I think that the trip is worth for the cruise trailer
The guide was experienced and proficient, knowing and sharing much about the island of Mykonos. She was attentive to each guest
You learn a lot about the island and our tour guide George was knowledgeable and fun!! Lunch was good too .
The guide was excellent but we were deceived. He took us to a "farm" the size of a large room next to a restaurant. That's deceptive. When we exited the bus, I asked him about going into the old city, but the guide only mentioned the old port and the new port. There was lots to see in the old city including windmills: we never got there. I didn't realize Viatour, the ship and other travel agencies use third parties. We should know this before booking. I would have been better off taking a taxi or shuttle. Saul Schildhorn

Please allow me to clarify a few things: From the tour description (overview & list of stops), it is very clear that this tour does not involve walking in Mykonos Town. I assume that your agent may not have informed you of this detail. Regarding the “farm” visit, the goal of the visit is to provide guests with a local, authentic insight into traditional Mykonian cuisine and lifestyle. On that day most probably we had parallel activities at the farm and this was the only available area. As for the ports and sightseeing, the guide followed the planned itinerary. We are happy that you enjoyed the guiding part, which is always one of the key aspects of our tours that one does not have the chance to experience with a taxi or a shuttle. We understand that expectations may vary, and we will take your feedback into account to ensure clearer communication for future guests regarding the scope of this tour. This tour was absolutely fantastic. It is a really nice way to get to know the island, with several interesting stops to learning about Mykonos, sightseeing and taking pictures. The food at the farm was excellent. Most importantly out guide Sara was great , although we booked in English she , being a native Spanish speaker, did the tour in Spanish. Her nice attitude and story telling made this tour an amazing experience. Thanks Sara

A very intimate view of the island. The guides took us all over the island and show us things others didn't see on their tours. The monastery and the farm were highlights for me.

Good tour with great guide. Gives a good overview of the island to get your bearings and an understanding of Mtkonos. Enjoyable way to spend a few hrs

This was mostly a bus ride around the island. The only real stops were the church and lunch at a cute farm/ restaurant. Actually, lunch was what made the tour worth our while. The tour guide was nice. We got some good pictures.
