Convenient. Prompt in replying. Able to get tickets last minute. If you’re savvy enough to get tickets at station, maybe you can do that and avoid the markup. But for 15$ it was worth it for us.
The train ride between Ella and Ambewela is simply magical! We Lanka Tours took care of purchasing the train tickets for us, placing us on the right side of the train to have the best view, and sent us all the necessary information for the journey. A big thank you to them!

It was a great experience we would not want to miss. I would recommend this train ride.. The organization of the tickets was outstanding. The provider has always been available and has provided information about the trip itself and the process several times. We will book again at any time with this provider.
