My experience was pleasant overall, but with a major disappointment. Positive points: Spectacular location, impeccable facilities, excellent rooms (quality beds and showers), very attentive staff and top notch services. My review: The menu was very disappointing. Portions were very small, options limited. It's not what you expect before you go up the Santa Isabel. It is regrettable that such a well-built and well-served place is faltering as much in something as important as food.
