Am Bodomsee, dem größten in der Region Helsinki, nur 25 Minuten vom Zentrum Helsinkis entfernt, lade ich Sie zu einer Einführung ins Eisfischen mit der Pilkki, der nordischen Angelrute, ein! Dort angekommen, werden wir auf dem See spazieren gehen, um den idealen Ort zu finden, an dem die besten Chancen bestehen, Fische zu fangen. Ich werde dann erklären, wie man ein Loch ins Eis macht und wie man das Pilkki benutzt. Dann liegt es an Ihnen! Sie werden bereit sein, viele Fische zu fangen! Am Ende werde ich in einem Laavu, der traditionellen Zuflucht, ein Feuer machen, um die Makkara, die traditionellen Würste, grillen zu können. Es gibt auch eine Option für Vegetarier. Ich werde Ihnen auch einen köstlichen Glögi sowie Piparri, traditionelle Kekse, servieren.

Bathrooms limited. Didn’t catch any fish but the experience was wonderful. Fireside Finnish sausage was tasty. Not a big licorice fan but our guide had some for us to try and it was surprisingly tasty.
We can't express our gratitude for David's kindness and knowledge of ice fishing 🎣 He made our experience memorable and fun. And we actually caught a fish 🐟 Highly recommend his tour.
Absolutely worthwhile experience! Super friendly guide, all equipment provided plus food to prepare over a fire, and home made Glögi. Had a lovely time, great memory!

Organized and friendly ice fishing tour. Learned to fish and enjoyed the frozen lake and Finnish sausage. It was a wonderful way to experience Finland's winter. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time. Ice fishing was super fun although we didn’t catch anything we still enjoyed the experience. It was great to do something so unique. Afterwards David cooked us some sausages and some other treats which were super scrummy. Would 100% go again. The lake where we went was also beautiful and for us it was amazing to be stood on a frozen lake.
