Anweisungen zur Abholung vom Flughafen: Nachdem Sie Ihr gesamtes Gepäck abgeholt haben, bleiben Sie auf der Ebene der Gepäckausgabe und begeben Sie sich zum Seattle Express Kiosk in der Nähe von Tür Nr. 4, gegenüber der Gepäckausgabe 3 neben der Wechselstube. Checken Sie bei einem unserer Reservierungsagenten ein. Booking with Viator for this transfer was HORRIBLE!! First of all they did not provide any details on meeting point at the airport. We scheduled a 10:00 am shuttle. We arrived 2 hours early (8:00 am) and called Viator to see if we could take an earlier shuttle? Viator said NO. We had to wait until 10 am. So we waited. Then we got a phone call from Seattle Express asking where we were? Little did we know, we were waiting at the wrong location. Thanks to Viator not providing details for the location of Seattle Express at the airport!!! When we finally made it to the meeting point Seattle Express said, YES, we could have came earlier at 8:00 am!!!!!! I always book excursions and transfers with Viator.... Not anymore. I'll pay extra for transfer companies that don't use Viator!
Disorganized at the check in point. Didn't know where the 12 noon driver was, told we were delayed but driver showed up 10 minutes later and they started hunting us down for boarding.
Sucked got left behind with my wife on our anniversary was told to get a uber by company rep cost twice as much as the refund I haven’t got uet
The actual ride was fine, but I booked a 10:45 trip and was told it would be changed to 11, which was fine. At 11 they told us 11:15, at 11:15 they told us 11:30 and that ended up turning into 11:45 which made us late for our cruise check-in. We had landed at 9:30. The two employees at the counter were on their phone sitting down much of the time. I was just hoping for a better experience.
Bring water and comfortable shoes and dress in layers. Be prepared to walk short distances and wait in lines.
Had a great experience with this company. Our flight was delayed 2 hours and on top of that, it took almost another hour to get our luggage from baggage claim. Despite all that, this company still waited and accommodated us and we made it to the pier for our Alaskan Cruise. Would definitely recommend and use again!
Our bus driver was very friendly and gave us information about Seattle on the drive. The instructions to get to the transfer were easy to understand and we had good guidance throughout. Would recommend!
We were at the airport an hour and half before we were supposed to be. We waited for contact person to show and finally found someone 10 minutes before set time. Approached the desk and the gentleman kept playing on his phone and hitting it for 5 minutes without ever looking up as I stood there and finally said excuse me, and he said oh you finally showed up…. I stated my mother is in a wheelchair and we are located outside the door we were told to wait by he told me no bring everyone in here. So went to gather whole family and 10 pieces of luggage and move to inside as he stood there throwing his arms as he was in a frantic situation. So I approached him and asked are you waiting on me, he said yes!!! I just looked at him was in disbelief, as he truly wanted me to stand in the middle of the walk way in the middle of airport!!! He said let’s go. He literally took off, leaving us as we were trying to keep up, with elderly person in wheelchair, and 10 pieces of luggage, throwing arms. He truly made us feel like we were a bother to him and to the company. Thank god he was not the one driving the van.
They were very late. I called several times to confirm our pickup. And when I explained how I felt about them, being over forty minutes late, the person on the other end of the phone hung up on me, very disappointed with their customer service
We were scheduled for a 12 noon shuttle from the airport but after retrieving our bags, we got to the check in kiosk earlier. We managed to get on the 11am scheduled shuttle. However, the vehicle did not get there until close to 11:30am. Otherwise, we got to the port without a problem.
