Einweg-Transfer: Pier 91 zum Flughafen

It was an old full bus and the driver explained that he would either have to put the heat on or the cooling on. He said he would have to go outside to switch either on so we passengers would have to decide. It just told me that the bus was not maintained well so the climate control inside the bus wasn't working. I asked if he could put on the air blower to just move the air inside the bus and he said he couldn't. This is not the type of transportation company I ever want to use again.i

Very easy pick up from pier 91. Stay to the right when you get off the ship and walk down to row “R” the bus will fill most of the way up and off you go to the airport. I don’t understand why they let you off at arrivals instead of departures. If they corrected that it would be 5 stars.

Easy to find the coordinator at the pier. Driver is very smooth going to the airport and great help with luggages

Bus was great condition. On time very little wait and driver on point. Would for sure would recommend!

Directions were clear on where to find the bus. Staff communicated on status of bus arrival and time estimate. Driver was friendly and pointed out a few sights along the way. This was cheaper than the transfer through the cruise ship.

It was convenient, and quicker than the others transport options. My only complaint was that the person checking us in had no knowledge of Viator, fortunately there was another employee who advised her correctly and we were able to board the bus. That could have been much uglier than it was. You need better trained or more informed employees working at the Seattle Port. You also might want to add your name to either the busses or include the name of the actual company performing and operating the transport vehicles on the website and receipt/tickets.

It was great. Easy to find at the pier and dropped off at airport. It was hassle free and much cheaper than other companies

CJ was our driver and she was amazing! On our way to the airport she showed us a bunch of building/areas in Seattle and explained their history, it’s clear she loves her job and is proud to live in Seattle. We would book 100% again if all the drivers were as good as her.

The shuttle was where it was supposed to be, when it was supposed to be there. However, at Sea-Tac airport, we were dropped off at the complete opposite end of the terminal from where our airline check-in was located and had to carry two heavy bags quite a way to get there. Seattle Express should probably make at least one additional stop upon entering the departure terminal.

Driver and coordinator were friendly and courteous. Quick shuttle to the airport. Thanks again for the service.
