We had to wait over an hour in the cold weather to be picked up. It appears that this tranportation service is short-staffed or short on vehicles.. There were several senior citizens out there waiting alongside the curb along with us well and I felt very bad for them. They were on canes and walkers.. Totally dissatisfied with this Peer to airport service we received.
The drivers were great. the customer service person when I called doesn’t know dark green from bright green. She was not helpful at all. I only gave a 3 star because of drivers
We were not dropped off in front of our airline. We were dropped off in arrivals and had to walk thru the airport.
I booked this transfer prior to disembarking from the cruise ship. There isn't a set time that you meet the shuttle. I was looking for a sign once I left the terminal & saw a box with Seattle Express written on it & saw people waiting in a line. I checked in with someone who had a list after I approached the shuttle driver. It took about 20 minutes to get the luggage loaded & about 30 minutes ride to the airport. My only suggestion is they need a big sign since there are so many people around looking for their ride & it's confusing trying to find the correct person. Otherwise the ride was smooth.

Seattle Express was such a pleasant surprise. I used the coupon I noticed on Viator, and it made the service even more reasonably priced and convenient. The driver was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely funny — the kind of personality that makes the ride feel easy and welcoming. Overall, a smooth, affordable, and enjoyable experience. I’d happily use them again.

Did not know what to expect on the Transfer from the Cruise Ship to the Airport, as our individual ride from the Airport to the Port Terminal was in an SUV. But this was a Bus transport with numerous travelers, so no worries in regard to advising what time to be there, so both of our transports to and from were just Fantastic.
We had to wait about 2 hours for our ride to show up at pier 66. 45 min should be the max. The ride from airport to pier 66 was perfect right on time
