Audio guide was informative. Some of the numbered locations didn’t have an audio clip. Also, it was confusing at times where you should go to listen to the next audio clip. Not all spots have a number. Check in was quick and easy.
This experience was only for entrance to the Catedral and no tours included. We spent an hour exploring and admiring in awe how amazing the Catedral is built. Such a wonderful design and it had such an aura. Love this experience, and when you exit there are small souvenir shops outside and a this little wonderful store where you can buy magnets and drinks and ice cream to cool you down with from the heat. Thank you Viator for another amazing booking.

Be respectful, it's a church, taking selfies inside is obnoxious, be discreet and realize people are worshipping

Fantastic experience. Received the tickets the night before. Easy taxi from the cruise port to the cathedral. Quickly went inside and was given head-set to listen to self guided tour. Spent 90 minutes inside. Lots of shops and eateries surrounding the Cathedral. Quick taxi ride back to the port. Highly recommend.

Quick entry and collection of audio device. Map on the device shows the various points of interest (1 to 25) that are described on the audio but the points are not necessarily in sequence within the cathedral so a bit of confusion ensued. Cathedral is magnificent though and well worth a visit.

Really a waste of time. Tickets for 'skip the queue' Palma Cathedral. There are two entrances, one for online tickets and one for buying tickets. As we had 'vouchers' from Viator not tickets we joined the buy tickets queue (not skipping anything) when we get to the door and ask if this is where we should be we're told no, use the online entrance. Walked to the opposite end of the cathedral to online entrance and told no. You don't have a QR code and sent away. Went back to purchase tickets entrance, queued up (again no skip the queue,) then told again go to online entrance. At this point we refused to go,yet again, to the online entrance as we didn't have a QR code. The guy on the door called his supervisor who after much searching for a QR code from Viator gave up and let us in. My advise, don't go to Palma cathedral using Viator. There a QR codes outside that you can scan, but your ticket that way and go in the online entrance.
