Beware of many species of animals, some of them move freely around the facilities. Impressive Amazonian species. Among the animals that move freely highlight the Prairie Perrillo, very sociable.
We found the park very nice and well maintained, and the animals also saw them in good condition. The staff is friendly. My sister did the experience with manaties and liked it a lot. The prairie dogs are adorable and are everywhere..
A place to spend a day with children touring nature and be in contact with animals. Very attentive. We witnessed the class of sea lions and toured the park and its habitats. The park is done well, eating there, and calmly, in about 3-4 hours (depending on the age of the child). Photos at the entrance as in all parks (which you pay if you want them). All day parking with a rate of 6.50. Children enjoy what is most important and are moments of remembrance as a family.
This place is huge! Clean, friendly staff, well organized. I read the negative reviews but I respectfully disagree with them - I thought this place was great. Tons and tons of animals. Komodo dragons, alligators, penguins, red foxes and more. Be sure to buy a bag of food for two Euros near the enterance to hand feed the prairie dogs! We went on a busy Saturday but this place is so spacious that there is always room. Many places to sit and take a break. Decent playground inside the park and included with the admission. Sure it’s a bit expensive, but it’s a huge zoo in an expensive City (Madrid) that’s on par with Paris or New York so it’s understandable. You get your moneys worth because it’s a full day out. My child is older, but it would be excellent for toddlers too. Strollers and babies everywhere. I had the premade Mediterranean salad and it was surprisingly tasty (olive oil and vinegar packages are beside the ketchup and mayo after you pay). Beer and soda available. Didn’t buy the rack of ribs but I saw lots of people ordering them and they looked yummy. My child had the fries and they were tasty. Tip: after the sea lion show (20 minutes long and included with your ticket) they offered a photo op with a sea lion. You decide if you want it after. We decided to buy the photo (about 12 euros) and the large print cones in a colourful folder, plus you get a QR code for the digital download. A fun keepsake to take home that is easy to pack. I recommend this spot. (It’s a bit out of the way, so suggest Uber/Taxi instead of public transport.) there’s a large parking lot if you have your own vehicle.
We liked the park in general. As a constructive critic and whoever it is: when you pay for an interaction with animals (approximately €50 per person of about 15/20 min.), you expect 2 things; -To include 1/2 photos in the price - and not charge them separately...that is paltry!! (They also don't allow you to take your phone to take pictures.) -And that you don't do well but the penguins come out of ass behind in the background. The explanation and the attention of the employees was good, a shame that the rest takes away from its prominence. You pay a lot of money and the memory experience does not leave you burn taste in the mouth.
Hey, everybody. Pesimo Faunia and Pesimo Parks gathered. I search the Internet and I find that in Faunia there is an Exhibition of replicas of Dinosaurs, and a video in which they claim to be the entrance is free. However contact Parques Reunidos on the phone (911547432) when finally I get a person and not a voice. I tell you about going to visit the Dinosaurs, since I have seen on the Internet a video that this visit is free, and the operator tells me that it is correct, that the visit to the Exposition (The Canyon of the Dinosaurs is free), I take my daughters, Uber, and we go to Faunia, 16 € Uber. On arrival I go to the box office, I inform you that we come to see simply the exhibition of the Dinosaurs that is free, and the box office staff, I treat myself very badly, and very contemptuous. I put the video where it says it is the free entrance. and I communicate that I spoke by phone already mentioned with Parques Reunidos and it cost me that entering to see the replicas of the Dinosaurs was free. Again, bad forms by the box office staff, who tell me that the video where they say, that the entrance to the exhibition is from (2013)....If now they want to charge for the Exhibition, I think that announcement video should have removed it, and neither Faunia and Parques Reunidos have removed or modified it. Box office staff contact Parques Reunidos and communicate the following. Watching the Dinosaurs is free, and you pay no interaction with them. However, the exhibition is inside the Park / Zoo and you have to pay 3 tickets, (72€).... I can not understand being told that looking at some replicas of cardboard / stone is free, but you are charged (72€) for tickets.... then it is not free, as they say in the video, and as I was communicated in Parques Reunidos. This only leads to one thing, which is none other than the lack of professionalism, and communication between say this Consortium, Parques Reunidos. It would be advisable to update your web pages, and if an ad is from 2013 and this (Obsolete) remove it. So don’t try while you are at the entrance, to be told to pay the (72€) ticket. I believe the box office staff, I should do some course, of type, not disrespect visitors, and know themselves if that entrance is free or not, which is what they advertise. In any case I had to order another Uber (32€)... and go home with 2 girls without seeing the Dinosaurs. Recommendation, after the treatment received... I will not return.
