The ticket worked but the audio guide did not. Impossible to register on yotours. I had to create an account but it was impossible.
This was an incredible tour. Fernando was amazing! Super informative and funny. He was knowledgeable and kept us interested. I highly recommend this tour so that you maximize the time spent and truly become educated. We had such a great time. Brava!

We spent most of our time in the museums. This audio tour did not have as much information through the museums as I would have liked. It looked like the tour of the rest of the castle was good, but it was way too hot when we were here to stay outside that long.

Magnificent from the outside, it is especially immense. The interior, on the other hand, is nothing less than a museum. Do not expect to see reconstructions or anything else; only old collectible items are displayed there. If you love art or history, this is for you. If you pass through Milan, you must stop.

It was disappointing that the tickets did not include a walk around the battelments at the top of the castle and you had to buy an additional ticket. A map would have been helpful as we couldn’t find entry into the ancient musical instruments display.

Don’t buy tickets to the museum this way. We purchased 2 museum entrance tickets with audio tour for $36. We arrived on time at the ticket entrance only to be told our QR code was just a voucher for a ticket that had to be redeemed outside the grounds of the museum. Nothing in our emails from this company gave us a location on where to redeem the voucher. It’s a scam.

Tickets we booked ended up to be for an overbooked event. Viator should have known that before accepting our booking for that time. Even though they have agreed to refund our ticket price , we did not get to see the event we wanted to see.

A scam, not booking! Initially we were contacted that the booked slot is not available. Then we were offered a slot where the lock is closed. When I demanded the money back, the originally booked slot was available. The tickets were not valid at the entrance. The organizers didn't want to know about it. The refund of the ticket was refused on the grounds that it should work and we should use the ticket.
