Do not buy vouchers from this company. Buy a gift. Voucher expires and there is co correspondence or reminder email. Ask you to pay to extend the voucher! Difficult to access any of the experiences- all overpriced too. I recieved this as thank you from a pupil at school so I feel sad they wasted their money. Avoid.

We were going with 6 people and wanted to buy tickets all together, but the official website would only let you book 5 at a time. I found Don here on TripAdvisor with great reviews, and he did NOT disappoint. Don was so sweet and helpful - he sent the confirmation via WhatsApp and email right away. Don is so responsive on WhatsApp and I was able to ask him all sorts of questions about the trip - ex. Baggage size for the train, concern about mudslides, where to get the bus tickets. Don is so nice and highly recommend working with him for your Peruvian adventure !

I had a problem when issuing the online ticket, but when sending a whatsapp I was answered in a few minutes and they sent my ticket in pdf. Thank you very much for the agility, it was all wonderful!! 😊😊

So just like the other reviews, this ticket does work and it does get you into Machu Picchu. However, when we arrived to Aguas Calientes to take the bus to Machu Picchu they asked for the Machu Picchu ticket. When I showed them the one emailed to me they were puzzled and told me that wasn’t a ticket. When I showed them the one in Viator they let me go, but once I was at Machu Picchu the same thing happened. They told me it wasn’t a valid ticket so they looked up my details and found my ticket. If you decide to book this way I would advice you to contact the company and have them email you the actual tickets so that you don’t have the confusion that I did. Also, when you print out the details it says there’s a tour guide and there is not! I would however also recommend you get one because there’s no signs or plates explaining the history of the monuments. If you want to learn about the history then definitely hire a guide, but if you’re just about taking pictures and walking around then you’ll be fine.

Great site and easy to contact the help center for any informations. I bought tickets for the wrong date and on the page there is written that it’s non refundable, but i got in contact with them and they were able to change my tickets. So grateful for their help really. No scam and quick response. Thank you so much again for the help. The tickets have a fair price and everything is explained in an easy way. Really worth booking over their site. They offer a lot of interesting tours to different locations and also different tours to machu picchu. A must visit for anyone coming to peru.
