Einführungskurs zum Batik-Kulturerbe mit Mittagessen und Souvenir

Beschreibung

Wonderful tour and Batik learning experience! We loved the hands on creation of a small batik piece, getting to choose a design, learning to trace with the wax, and then dyeing our cloth. While the cloth dried we toured the textile museum and saw the different designs and antique batiks. We had a delicious lunch as well, along with shopping and a bit more tour of tge city, just a perfect day! Our guide Ms Fina and driver were expert at navigating the city.

Great experience, service was perfectly on time, guide August and driver Frans are very friendly and provide the best service for a tour. I highly reccomend if you are coming to Jakarta
Outstanding Guide Raihan, our personal guide, and Hardy, our driver, made lasting memories for us on our second day in Jakarta. Easy pick-up at the cruise pier. Enjoyed the Textiles Museum where we made our own beginner batik pieces, saw amazing batik fabrics, and bought authentic batik from the on-site shop. Visited places of worship and had an authentic Indonesian lunch. Raihan (“Ryan”) is an amazing young man. Excellent English skills and insights beyond his years. Delightful and enlightening day.
This was a wonderful tour in every way. Alie is a very good and conscientious driver(this is the second time he has driven me on a tour, and this second time just confirms my first impression!) and August After July was a very good tour guide. His English was terrific, and his ability to communicate the nuances of Indonesian history and culture was something I really appreciated. The chance to make my own batik in the beautiful textile museum was really special, as was the tour of the museum itself. I enjoyed the other stops even though we were unable to enter either the mosque(it was Friday!) or the cathedral (there was a wedding!). Just seeing them from the outside with an informative narrative was good. Lunch was delicious (I really LOVE nasi goreng, and trying the fried gourami, fried mushrooms, and kampung chicken was a treat) I highly et his trip and this organization. Thank you!
Perfect from start to finish! Vicky sent messages so we would know exactly where to find him when we arrived in port. From the port to the Textile Museum he shared interesting facts about the sights we passed by. But not too much so that I didn’t feel overwhelmed The Textile Museum was great. We got make our own batik sample. Istiqlal Mosque is impressive. Vicky shared the best photo vantage points Ardi was a fabulous driver! I felt safe in the hectic Jakarta traffic.
We had a great experience learning how Batik was made and trying to make it ourselves. . We loved or guide Vicky and our driver Ardi was great .. They were so flexible with our schedule as our ship was late to port.. we toured the mosque and Vickys English was amazing so He gave us extra information.. I would recommend this tour
