When we were picked up at the hotel, everything looked perfect and comfortable. On the way to Cairo, we had to make a few obligatory stops, which increased the journey time from 5 hours to 6-7 hours. When we arrived at the museum, we were given a short tour and then very little time to look around on our own. We were then told that we would now go to a "special papyrus shop". That was the first trick, because the pictures are worth a maximum of 10 euros and are sold for at least 25. At the cash register, we were asked for an additional charge for writing the names, which had previously been declared free. The offer stated that lunch was included. On site, we found out that this did not apply to drinks. When we arrived at the pyramids and the Sphinx, we were told not to buy any souvenirs because the guide knew a "cheaper" shop. We ended up visiting this and the prices were 4 times as high! The time at the pyramids was very short. I think that the time was better used to visit the guide's "special shops". You have to remember that the guide gets 40% of the price as a subsidy, as we found out later. Since we felt that the stop at the first shop was a rip-off, we didn't want to visit the other stop in the perfume shop. This led to trouble with the guide, who said that you could buy cheap things there, even though it was just an exhibition. At the end we wanted to pay the outstanding costs. He said he didn't have any change and we should give him the 20 euros as a tip. After we found the money and gave it to him, his mood was at rock bottom. The tour guide was very ungrateful and disrespectful! I didn't think the return trip was safe, as I could see the driver dozing off several times. I couldn't blame him, as he had to work 20 hours straight! The driver was always friendly, though. All in all, this trip is a rip-off! You have to remember that we paid 150 per person and yet nothing was serious. Everywhere we were asked for money and pressured to buy. The trip was not as described!

Let me start by saying that the price did not include entrance fees, but that was not the case in the description. At departure, they came for us 45 minutes later than the agreed time. At 1.45am instead of 1am. Instead of a small group, it was a big group with a big bus. The bus was old and dirty. The office worker and the drivers were constantly smoking cigarettes on the bus as well. They often stopped for another 20-minute cigarette break, which made the journey there and back much longer. In Cairo, the lady guide was nice, but the pace was very tense. On the way home, the air conditioning broke down on the bus, so we stood for 1.5 hours. I do not recommend this office to anyone. Terrible.

Booked this trip last minute as wasn't sure I wanted to do a 20hr day with my 14yr old son, but he wanted to see the pyramids, got up for our 130am pick up time, sat there for 20 minutes still no coach, tried to phone company, finally got answered at 210am to be told I was sent an email saying the pick up time was 250am, no email had been sent to me, so waited till 250am still no coach, after a further 20 minutes, and no coach rang the company again, to be told I was on the coach, which obviously I was not as why would I be ringing them, was then told they where sorry they had forgot to pick me up, and that I would get a full refund and £500 compensation, which they would bring to my hotel the next day as had no other way of getting it to me. Next day I texted to say what time where they coming, was texted back been passed on to the relevant department, 2 days later still waiting for call and refund, DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP
Waited in the lobby for two hours, then we get a call that they went to a fake hotel and can't pick us up anymore.
It was actually great. Only the two sales events could have been saved. Overall, we were traveling almost exactly 24 hours. The about 40-minute drive on the Nile for 10 euros was also quite nice. At the pyramids you could be taken by camel or carriage to a viewpoint. This also cost 10 euros and was worth it mainly because the driver took great photos.
Only ones comfortable were the drivers! Ding ding ding fro 3 1/2 hrs like no seat beat on. Music turned up so loud to cover the ding dong sound. Tour guide asked how the trip to Cairo was so he was informed and responded fed like a 14 year old spoiled and not hearing what he wanted. Not a good experience at all. However, if we had gone in a coach with certain comforts and not asked to go on a 100 yard boat ride for 20 pounds each it may have been better. Lunch was horrible on a dirty boat. What makes this so real is that I don’t write reviews but this was necessary. 🤷🏻♂️
The trip to Cairo was a rather good experience. Our guide was funny, told us very specific information about the Egyptian history, very compressed as we were all the time lacking time. He joined us in Cairo. The stops on the way were too long so we arrived at the museum at 10h30. Then there was an optional 10min cruise on the Nile (11 €), we didn't go on this one because the river banks weren't very interesting in this aera (unnecessary stop). Then we had lunch, which was ok, drinks payable separately 3 $/€. After that we went to see the pyramids. But I had an impression we had very little time to takie pictures as we were running late. Our guide gave us an option to ride a camel and visit a small tomb (which actually I think was for free) for 13€ per person. He promised us to take us to the point of the panorama of all the pyramides but we didn't do that. Riding on the camel was the coolest experience! We didn't even have free time to buy souvenirs. And after that we went to the perfume shop were the sales assistants didn't even want to negotiate the price. Really that was unnecessary. The problem was that our drivers didn't speak English so we couldn't communicate with them and some people had really cold in the van. And really it was a van and the road was humpy so it was difficult to relax. We got to the hotel at 23:30.
Excellent trip and excellent guide who gave great advice and information throughout the trip. Really nice day although food wasn't good quality in the restaurant. The guide was selling necklaces for a jeweller but it turns out that they weren't very good quality so I wouldn't buy one from him.
Pick up was perfectly on time and the way to and back from Cairo wasn't as bad as it seems when you hear about the 5-6 hours it takes. It's absolutely worth it. Ahmed was the perfect guide. We went to the museum in Cairo first, did a little boat trip, which isn't included in the price, had lunch with a view of the pyramids and then went to several spots to have different views of the pyramids. Even went inside one of the small ones. Sphinx was last. Afterwards there was a little sales promotion at one of the perfume stores, but not too pushy. Was a great day!
We were picked up half anhour late fromour Hotel, had too many stops along the way,we were supposed to be at the Egytpian museum at 08:30 but got there at 09:45 where we met our guide Shawky. He was a nice guy but due to the fact we were late he rushed us around the museum in less than an hour when we should have had two there. The Pyramids was awesome but again we were rushed round not getting a close look at any ofthe Pryamids. We weresupposed to be there until 16:00 but left at 14:30 so we could go to a perfume shop (they seemed more interested in getting you to spend money than sightsee).
