What an experience!!!
Wow, what an excellent, top notch experience! From the venue (a 14th century, preserved castle!), to the cooking experience with Kat with a view (incredible), and the history of the property (still family run and lived in) from Sarah… this exceeded our expectations. Such fresh, quality ingredients, and wine tasting/pairings! I’m so glad we booked this. And they were especially patient and accommodating with us running slightly behind due to driving in from Florence. I don’t know what else to say other than BOOK IT! Exceptional value.

Fabulous cooking class!
Experience was amazing! We loved the food we made, we learnt so much and Matteo and Kat were lovely and made the experience very enjoyable! The wine was wonderful and learning about the winery was very interesting.

Highlight of our Trip!
Our cooking class with Cat is an absolute highlight of our three week trip to Italy. There were some issues with the booking, but Mariarita was generous and accommodating despite it all. Emma at Tricerchi was so wonderful, an excellent guide throughout the winery and so sweet! The entire experience with Cat from start to finish was simply amazing. She was so welcoming, so knowledgeable and so personable! We were so lucky to have the class just to ourselves, but I can imagine even with a large group it would still be beyond enjoyable. The setting is so beautiful - the value you get for the price is extremely fair. We will forever recommend the cooking class experience here, especially if you can cook with Cat! Cat - if you are ever in Santa Fe we will repay you with some delicious authentic tamales!

Best cooking with wine in a Italy!
The tour, cooking class, and wine tasting were all first rate. First time making fresh pasta, and the dessert was amazing. Cat and her staff were both knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend!
