Everything was perfect, a...
Everything was perfect, one downside however, the tours are (basically) only in English, so a French-speaking tourist who does not understand English very well will be disappointed. Giuseppe, our guide that evening, was super helpful and very understanding.

Seine cruise good, tour rather average
Seine cruise was nice and very informative, the Eiffel Tower tour rather average; you did get to the first floor via express, but after that you were on your own (45 min. waiting time each for the 2nd floor and the summit)

A fantastic experience. Guide Pasquel was very friendly and informative. Better than we expected much more impressive than we had thought and would highly recommend to everyone.

The Eiffel Tower is a lifetime Experience
It was easy from the booking process through the actual experience with Viator. Staff members answered the various questions I had prior to booking. They were polite and always ready to assist. The guide was great. She pointed everything we needed to know. The crowd was oppressive but we lived through it. Yes. I will highly recommend Viator.

Thank you Paris trip, you saved our day. They sent a reminder 24 hours prior to our tour and this made it much easier for us. Guide Marie was knowledgable and fun. We highly recommend especially with this heat. The cruise was ok. Cheers

Chloe did an excellent...
Chloe did an excellent job despite some complication upon trying to enter the tower area. She handled the delay very well and began to tell about it while we also waited.
