Diese mühelose Führung bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, eines der berühmtesten Wahrzeichen von Paris zu erkunden: den Eiffelturm. Wählen Sie bei der Buchung eine Eintrittszeit aus, treffen Sie dann Ihren Gastgeber 15 Minuten im Voraus am angegebenen Treffpunkt und unternehmen Sie gemeinsam den kurzen Spaziergang zum Eiffelturm. Folgen Sie Ihrem Gastgeber auf den Aufzug mit bevorzugtem Zugang. Fahren Sie hinauf zur zweiten Ebene, wo Sie aus einer Höhe von 375 Fuß (114 Meter) über dem Boden hervorragende Fotomotive und einen Panoramablick auf Paris genießen können. Hören Sie sich eine kurze Einführung an, dann sind Sie auf eigene Faust unterwegs und können die Sehenswürdigkeiten nach Belieben besichtigen. Zu den Aussichtspunkten gehören der Champ de Mars, Sacré Coeur, die Kathedrale Notre Dame und das ikonische Pyramidengebäude des Louvre. Bitte beachten Sie: Der Zugang zum Gipfel ist auf dieser Tour nicht inbegriffen. Sie können auf der zweiten Ebene kein Ticket kaufen, um alleine hinaufzusteigen.

Trop was good. Valid for the money - not. Ticks were about 40€ but we paid close to 100€ to guarantee a spot at a specific time. More money for guaranteed ascent to the top floor fir a given day. Having more time and more options. Would suggest picking the ticks up yourself. The guide was good.

It was a beautiful view but be prepared to be on your feet as soon as you arrive at the tour company’s office. There is no seating while waiting and while being assigned to a group. Everything was handled on the sidewalk. Overall the tour was fine, but I think overpriced for the limited time with the guide.

If your experience took place in the evening, please note that this is a normal situation, as our office is closed at that time and the meeting point is therefore located on the sidewalk outside the office, in line with our standard procedure. This was a disastrous trip. 1. The directions given by the viator We’re very unclear, as to where to meet and whom to meet. After two hours of making phone calls we were told a third company “Uncle Sam” will be the one to provide guide. From 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm lost. 2. Ladies in our group asked to see if there would be opportunity once inside to use restroom? They were assured there will be sufficient time. Only there was not enough time due to very long lines. Nd when we got back to the line to join our group the Eiffel Tower police did not allow us to join our group and made us stand in the line. We were told by the Uncle Sam tour coordinator that when we get to the ticket window he will provide us our tickets. By the time we got to the ticket window, the officials informed us that we will have to purchase our tickets and the elevator tickets to the top (which we had paid to Viator) were no longer available. The tour guide abandoned us and left. I traveled from Houston, Texas with my wife to Paris, France and my brother in law and his wife joined us to tour the Eiffel Tower and spend thousands on airline tickets and hotel accommodations only to be disappointed because of a pathetic experience from a substandard service provided by subsidiary of Trip Advisor who then farmed out our confidence to substandard company “Uncle Sam” I am a physician and it is difficult to arrange for a trip to begin with and place your trust in a reputable company to get disappointed. If you have any dignity, then remedy this situation.

Booked tour was cancelled , only part refund as tour only to second floor eifel not the top due to weather . i feel should of had option take part tour as what offered or full refund as was company that cancelled not us .

Please note that access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to weather conditions and operational decisions made by the Eiffel Tower management itself for safety reasons. When the summit is closed, we are unfortunately required to adapt the visit accordingly, and access may be limited to the second floor only. In such cases, pricing is adjusted based on the services actually provided, which is why a partial refund was issued. We understand this may be frustrating, but these decisions are outside of our control. Very easy to locate. Very short walk to the Eiffel Tower. They were super friendly. We did the Summit level and although it was raining, the view was incredible
