Wir verlassen Edinburgh, überqueren die berühmte Forth Bridge und fahren in das alte „Königreich Fife“, durchqueren Aberdour und fahren weiter nach East Neuk of Fife.
Wir machen Halt in der Stadt Anstruther, der Heimat des Scottish Fisheries Museum, dann fahren wir durch die Dörfer Pittenweem, Crail und St. Monans, einst blühende Fischerzentren, die durch den Handel innerhalb des Kontinents wohlhabend wurden.
Wir kommen rechtzeitig zum Mittagessen in der schönen mittelalterlichen Stadt St. Andrews an. Hier können Sie einen Spaziergang durch die Stadt genießen, wo Prinz William Kate traf, Heimat der ältesten Universität Schottlands, berühmte Kathedrale (optional extra) und Golfplatz. Genießen Sie etwa drei Stunden Freizeit, um die mittelalterlichen Gebäude und wunderbaren Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen im Zentrum zu erkunden, sowie Mittagessen und Erfrischungen zu genießen.
Auf dem Heimweg fahren wir über die Lomond Hills nach Falkland, wo wir einen Fotostopp einlegen. Das Dorf diente in der Serie Outlander als Kulisse für das Inverness der 1960er Jahre.

We had Linda as our driver and she was amazing. We did St Andrews and the fishing villages. Left at 9am and got back at 5.45pm. We had Scottish music playing which was a lovely touch. Just the right amount of commentary and the places we stopped were beautiful. My hubbie is golf mad so I booked a golf lesson at St Andrews for a special birthday surprise and he thoroughly enjoyed it and seeing the course and loads of photos. I'd highly recommend this company for some great tours 👌😍. The weather was definitely on our side too ☀️☀️

This tour was very interesting going through the countryside of Scotland and stopping by small villages towards the wonderful town of St Andrews and our guide Marty was extremely funny and full of knowledge! Thank you !

This day in St. Andrews was great. Our driver/guide (Klarna?) was outstanding. She provided interesting commentary and music along the way, which made it even more enjoyable.
