Wonderful way to see Venice “back roads”. The guides were very patient and helpful. Highly recommend
Wonderful way to see Venice at the end of a day of more traditional sightseeing. It gave us a different perspective and interesting insights into the history of the city. Teresa was a wonderful guide, my nephew and I really enjoyed this activity and would recommend it!
We had An amazing experience, not only do you get to see Venice from a unique Point of view away from the crowds, you're also informed about its interesting history! Tip: I'd recommend to bring spare shorts / underwear as the water can get in your kayak. For that same reason, you could also consider taking off your shoes and socks before your adventure :) Thank you to our wonderful Guides!
I feel like kayaking provided us a unique way to experience Venice, away from the crowds. Mamad is knowledgeable and fun. We enjoyed this experience.
I had an excellent time going through the small canals of Venice! Our guide was kind and informative and met all my expectations! I would definitely recommend this tour.. The only trouble I had was locating it so I showed up a few minutes late, but they did wait for me. Keep in mind that if the hotel they mentioned to meet at is on your left side you should walk straight into the SECOND open alley.(which is technically a street). The office they have is on the right side inside that alley/street. Also waterproof cases were provided to store your phone and you can leave your bags safely in their office while you kayak.
Great tour. Paddle for about 90-minutes so need to be in shape. Nice to go thru the canals where tourists boats are not allowed.
Very unique experience, good fun with a great guide. I’ve never been in a kayak before and I would do it again. You get wet so it’s ok when the sun is shining and when itsxwarm.
Kayak tour was excellent. My 7 year old loved it and we had a two person kayak which made it great for both of us.
We were very disappointed with this experience. We arrived at the designated meeting point provided by the tour operator, followed their directions carefully, and waited for about 25 minutes. Unfortunately, no one ever arrived at that location. Venice can be a challenging city to navigate, and map apps are not always accurate because of its narrow streets and canals. That’s exactly why we relied on the meeting instructions provided by the tour operator. If the pickup location was incorrect or unclear, it should have been communicated more clearly. There is so much to do in Venice I would definitely go with a different option.
This was the best tour I’ve had in Venice! This was my first time canoeing and our instructor Nev was a big help and very patient. I recommend this to everyone traveling to Venice.
