Charleston ist eine der charmantesten und farbenfrohesten Städte der Welt; wenn jedoch das Licht schwindet und die Schatten länger werden, tritt eine dunklere Seite der Heiligen Stadt zum Vorschein. Auf einer Strecke von etwas mehr als 1 Meile führt unser 90-minütiger Spaziergang an verwunschenen Friedhöfen, Kirchen, Gassen, Hotels, Restaurants und Bars vorbei. Sie werden die wahren und schrecklichen Geschichten von geisterhaften Bräuten, Morden, Piraten, Soldaten, Hinrichtungen, Duellen und vielem mehr hören! Wenn die Nacht über die Straßen von Charleston hereinbricht, beginnen wir an der Old Exchange und dem Provost Dungeon und gehen durch die historischen Straßen, wo Sie von echten und aktiven Geistern aus Charlestons 350-jähriger Geschichte hören werden, wie Piraten, deren Leben am Ende einer Schlinge endete, eine junge Dame, die durch eine bestimmte Gasse irrt, und ein Arzt, der durch die Heilige Stadt geht. Brandon was an excellent tour guide with expert knowledge about the city’s history and the ghost that continue to haunt it. His enthusiasm and group participation made the experience all inclusive for all ages.
I’ve taken a few ghost tours in my travels and this was by far my favorite. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable in the history and lore that surrounds Charleston and was quick to answer all our questions. His sense of humor was top notch and he was an excellent storyteller. The perfect amount of history, spookiness, and lore, Brandon kept us engaged and excited for each story&stop. I highly recommend this tour.
This was a unique, fun eveing with a small group to explore some of the notable hauntings in downtown Charleston with a local researcher who was excited about her knowledge and passion for the subject. We enjoyed the walk, the variety of information and the opportunity to learn more about potential ghosts in the downtown area.
The tour was great, we learned a lot and the guide was super nice and informative. It was well grouped out with 10 individuals in our party and it lasted long enough to keep us interested and not bored. It might've been a bit spookier if not for my youngest offspring asking if the guide was making up stories.
We had Vannah as our guide and she was fantastic. You could see how much passion she has for the content and she had a very unique way of bridging the stories to history. Overall very enjoyable. We had our three children with us ages 10-15 and they all enjoyed themselves too.
We enjoyed our ghost tour of Charleston! Our experience was very good. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. And our group was just the right size to have a more personal experience.
Our tour guide, Vannah, was incredibly fun and knowledgeable. She'd researched the stories to be able to link more information and made it very interactive. No offense to the other guides, but we will he request Vannah on our next tour too...
We had a great experience and a great guide Brandon. Brandon got everyone involved during the whole tour and was a great story teller. We even got to try out some new things with our group. I will definitely be going on the tour again next time I’m in town, I didn’t want it to end!
We had such a wonderful time on our tour with Brandon! Like many of the previous reviews stated he was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and kind. He took the time to answer questions and make the stories interactive. I also appreciated his reverence and care for the group. He checked in to make sure the content was suitable for everyone, cautioned us on the treacherous side walk and asked if he could tell a few more stories when we were over time. Brandon not only cares about the complicated history of Charleston but for the enjoyment of the group. Do not miss out on the opportunity to take a tour with him!
We had such a good tour with Brandon in June of 2026. He was very funny, invested in the stories he shared, and even shared new stories and extended the tour in order to do so. His knowledge of Charleston and the history behind it was outstanding. This tour is the best bang for your buck.
