Wir sind seit fast zwei Jahrzehnten begeisterte Entdecker des Myakka River State Park und führen seit fast 5 Jahren Touren durch, sodass unser Wissen und unsere Expertise über den Park und seine Wildtiere unübertroffen sind! Unsere Guides sind auch äußerst kompetent in der Fotografie, sodass Sie ohne zusätzliche Kosten viele großartige Erinnerungsfotos mit nach Hause nehmen werden! Was unsere Erfahrung vielleicht am einzigartigsten macht, ist, dass Sie mit unseren erstklassigen E-Bikes wählen können, wie viel Aufwand Sie in die Fahrt stecken. Setzen Sie Ihre Unterstützungsstufe niedrig und trainieren Sie etwas oder lassen Sie das Fahrrad die ganze Arbeit erledigen und sehen Sie den gesamten Park schweißfrei.

Der Myakka Canopy Walkway bietet einfachen Zugang, um das Leben in den Baumwipfeln einer Eichen-/Palmen-Hängematte zu beobachten. Als Freiluftlabor für Forschung und Lehre ist es auch ein Ort der Entdeckung und bietet Besuchern die Möglichkeit, Kronenbewohner aus nächster Nähe zu sehen. Diese im Jahr 2000 fertiggestellte Struktur ist der erste öffentliche Baumwipfelpfad in Nordamerika. Der Gehweg ist 25 Fuß über dem Boden aufgehängt und erstreckt sich 100 Fuß durch das Hängemattendach. Der höhere Turm erhebt sich 74 Fuß in die Luft und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf Baumwipfel, Feuchtgebiete und die Prärie/Hängematten-Schnittstelle. Sie können auf Adler, Falken, Geier und die Wipfel lebender Eichen und Sabalpalmen herabblicken.
Sie werden von unseren Guides begrüßt, wo Sie umgehend eine gründliche Erklärung der Elektrofahrräder und aller Sicherheitsprotokolle erhalten. Dann ging es los, um Floridas größten State Park zu erkunden! Der majestätische Myakka-Fluss fließt durch 58 Quadratmeilen riesige unberührte Feuchtgebiete, Prärien, Hängematten und Pinienwälder, wo wir garantiert zahlreiche Hirsche, Alligatoren (in sehr sicherer Entfernung), Vögel und vieles mehr sehen werden! Wenn die Schönheit und Natur des alten Florida mehr Ihr Tempo ist, ist dies die Tour für Sie!

The cancellation on the day of was not professional at all. If the customer has to give 24 hr notice to cancel, then so should the vendor.
The guy texted me at 6:00a canceled the tour. I believe as the customer we have to give 24 hour notice for cancellation. The provider for this tour should have done the same. As I did not see his text until after we were already at the tour place. I also had reserved an uber and then had to call him back to get us. It was a waste of my morning and money for the uber. I was very very disappointed and upset. The tour guide should have been more considerate and cancelled 24 hours before. Thanks for wasting my time.
We pay a fairly significant amount for a weather app used for small air craft pilots, I was woken up early from a lightning advisory, relayed the message and what they predicted is precisely what happened, the entire park was flooded within 30-40 min. We’ve never not given a full refund when weather is the culprit.. We also offered several free options including the full/immediate refund as well as joining us the following day for 100% free. You’re refund has been been processed, if there’s anything else I can do please don’t hesitate to reach out!
The state park got flooded. But Derek made a way for us to have some fun with the e-bikes anyway. I was impressed. Well be back
My daughter and I went on the e-bike tour with Derek in Myakka River State Park and had the best time! Derek was funny, informative, and ensured we had beautiful photos to commemorate our experience. Highly recommend!!
Derek was amazing guide. Knew a lot of information about the founders of this park and places where you can take beautiful videos and photos. about the places where animals live and interesting facts about them.

I cannot for the life of me remember our guides name, but he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and even laughed at my jokes. If you’re visiting, new to the area or lived here for years you should check this out! It was extremely fun and relaxing!! I’d highly recommend and might even do it again!
