Dujiangyan oder Wolong Panda Sanctuary Tagestour Option Panda Halter

Beschreibung

The collaboration was wonderful. They took great care of us. Pandas are great animals. We love them.
This activity was one of the very best of our entire stay. We had a wonderful day starting at the panda sanctuary, where Jay — our guide for the day — used his deep knowledge of the site to take us straight to the areas where the pandas were most active, helping us avoid the crowds and save valuable time. Jay truly impressed us with his professionalism, attentiveness, and passion for wildlife. In the afternoon, he suggested visiting the Red Panda Rescue and Conservation Center, where we were able to get close to the red pandas, feed them, and enjoy an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience. On the way back to our hotel, Jay even recommended two excellent places to try authentic Chengdu dishes we would never have discovered on our own. An unforgettable experience that we highly recommend to anyone visiting Chengdu.
Jay was great today! Picked us up on time and was very knowledgeable of what to do in China and the top places to go! The panda experience was amazing saw so many panda’s eating/ chilling out with close proximity! Jay even helped me with my phone which somehow stopped working in China just to help me out which was very kind of him! Thank you Jay for your kindness!
Awesome experience!! The tour guide was super accommodating and helpful throughout the whole trip. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to see the pandas. Everything was super easy and smooth, I didn’t really have to worry about anything!
Our guide ‘Jay’ was excellent, answering questions and offering explanations yet also quietly giving us all the time we wanted to appreciate the pandas. He picked up from our hotel and drove us to the Dujiangyan Panda Base, as opposed to the main Chengdu one, explaining that many of these pandas will return to the wild. We were glad in the end that our booking to be a volunteer wasn’t possible (despite booking several weeks ago, we chose not to pay until nearer the date in case our plans changed - I think this also meant we didn’t have the keeper conversation earlier). Prior to Covid, the keeper experience enabled visitors to get closer to pandas however thesedays the rules are tighter. Our visit was perfect. We were closer to the pandas than we expected to be and spent the morning walking around outside, enjoying watching the approximately 40 pandas in their fairly spacious enclosures, eating, playing and later after copious bamboo, starting to snooze. It was wonderful and all we had hoped for. We did see a group of school students smashing bamboo for the pandas, and reflected that we’d been lucky to save ourselves rather a lot of money!
Great experience with a very friendly guide. Flexible and accommodating however the tour of the Wolong Panda base felt rushed like we needed to get back. We spend less than 3 hours there and the guide wanted to leave. We didn't get to explore properly and see everything.
Our tour guide, Jay, went the extra mile and made this an awesome tour! Even though one of the original destinations was closed because of landslides, he found other options which were likely better than what we had originally booked. He also was able to help us book new train tickets so we could stay later and see a show in Chengdu. Highly recommended!
After Fubao returned home I decided to go to China to visit my beloved black and white Pandas, that's why I wanted to visit and hug them. Bears are really adorable and mischievous. I will certainly miss them very much after returning home. I got to see the pandas and their caretakers firsthand, and was given a lot of useful information about panda activities by the tour guide, a wonderful experience while in China.
If I could rate this higher I would. My guide was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the pandas as well as the showing a care for them as well, and an amazing photographer as well!! She is amazing and even gave suggestions on what to see in the city as well!! Absolutely fantastic would highly recommend that everyone wanting to see the pandas do this
