Diese Tour ist auf die bestmögliche Zeit ausgelegt, um Dubrovniks Stadtmauern zu erleben. Im Gegensatz zu Standardtouren bieten wir eine frühe Abfahrt um 8:00 Uhr an, damit Sie die Wände vor Hitze und Gedränge begehen können. Wir bieten auch eine Sonnenuntergangsoption für eine ganz andere Atmosphäre. Die Tour wird von einem lizenzierten Ortskundiger Reiseleiter geleitet und verbindet Geschichte und Insidergeschichten mit sorgfältig abgestimmten Stopps an den besten Aussichtspunkten mit Blick auf die Altstadt, Fort Lovrijenac und die Adria. Reiseverlauf
Wir beginnen am Amerling-Brunnen, Standort ist Brsalje 2, neben dem Geschenkeladen Dubravka, außerhalb der alten Stadtmauern. Der Führer hat einen blauen Regenschirm.
Am westlichen Eingang (über den Onofrio-Brunnen) nehmen wir die Stufen auf die Stadtmauer. Unser erster Halt ist direkt über der Hauptstraße, von wo aus Sie die beste Aussicht haben. Ihr Reiseleiter wird Sie in die reiche Geschichte der Stadt einführen.
Der Schlüsselpunkt der Verteidigung des Westeingangs der Stadt. Schöne Aussicht auf Fort Lawrence.
Der südliche Abschnitt der Mauer. Runde Festung. Verteidigungspunkt zwischen Turm Bokar und Festung St. Johannes gegen mögliche Gefahren aus dem Meer.
Die Festung St. John auf der südöstlichen Seite des Altstadthafens kontrolliert und schützt seinen Eingang.
Es wurde gebaut, um den gefährdeten Punkt der Stadtbefestigung zu verstärken. Großer Schutz vor den Türken.
Der prominenteste Punkt im Verteidigungssystem zum Land. Durch seine Höhe und beeindruckendes Volumen der nordwestliche hohe Teil der Stadt und der Mauern.

We had an amazing time visiting the City Walls of Dubrovnik! Everything was fantastic, and Anne Femica (Femi) was an incredible guide. She explained everything so clearly, shared lots of interesting information, and even took some great photos of us. She was so kind and helpful throughout the whole visit. We absolutely loved the experience and highly recommend it!
Great tour for all the family. We had a fantastic tour of the Dubrovnik city walls with Daniela from GetYourGuide. It was myself, my husband and our two teenage daughters, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide was excellent — really personable, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. She brought the history of Dubrovnik to life and taught us so much, not just from the historical facts but also through her own first-hand experiences and stories of life in the city. It made walking the walls so much more meaningful and gave us a real insight into Dubrovnik’s history and culture. The tour was informative and relaxed. The guide Jelena was very attentive and clear! She tells the history like a story and makes everyone understand the changes that took place in this region. It is nice to do it in the afternoon, when it is not so hot.

I can really recommend this! There were no signs on the city wall in English informing you around history, so it is crucial to have a guide if you want to learn more about Dubrovnik. We also got the chance to put as many questions we wanted and we learnt a lot around daily life in Dubrovnik both today and in the past. We got good recommendations as well. In short - a great tour!

We had the most amazing experience touring the Dubrovnik City walls with Desa! Her deep knowledge, engaging storytelling, and passion for the city’s history brought every step of the tour to life. We took the 2 hour sunset tour with Michaela purchased through GetYourGuide . She paced the tour so that we had ample time to rest after the intermittent uphill stairs along the wall and provided interesting history about Dubrovnik and Croatia including personal notes. It was a very enjoyable tour and a highlight of our trip to Croatia.

Our tour guide Daniel was an absolute gem. She wasn’t only interesting but took an interest in everyone in our small group.
