I went on a boat trip with our skipper Matt. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the caves. The office was very organized and managed my booking despite it being last minute. It was by far my favorite part of the trip. It was so much fun and worth the money. I felt very safe and enjoyed myself the entire time.
