After booking a 24-hour ticket for 2 people on City Sightseeing Dublin through TripAdvisor, where we paid less. On the reserved day, we got on at a stop where we showed the QR code sent by TripAdvisor. The driver scanned it without any problem, and we began the tour of Dublin. We got off a few stops later, but when we wanted to take another bus, the driver denied us access, saying the ticket was no longer valid!!! We first had to walk to a small City Sightseeing kiosk where we were kindly informed that we needed to go to the main center facing Trinity College. There, they explained to us that we should have had tickets and not just a QR code! The experience was not satisfying at all because we wasted a lot of time and energy walking to the main center instead of being able to enjoy the tour of Dublin with confidence as it should have been. We do not know where the error came from, but all of this is truly disappointing!!!

Very good value for money. That needs to be improved ; many translator connectors were not working. Uninhabited roof for windy days and low temperatures. Impairing the most proper seats to be indoors the null functioning of the translation mechanisms. True, in English is the speaker set to listen all the way....

We loved our Dublin tour- wish it ran more often than every 40 minutes - but still think it’s a great option when need quick overview of the city!

Great way to see Dublin! Buses were always available and the stops were at all the highlights of Dublin.

Don't. Not on time, poor signage, limited pickup points, driver bad attitude, couldn't hear speaker about Dublin, and i didn't or couldn't use it at all!!
There is no need to buy this before arriving in Dublin. It is a very walkable city wotj plenty of public transportation options. I purchased a ticket for 2 people for 2 days and never got to use it. Workers were very cooperative issuing our tickets and then explaining it would be shorter to walk to our destination than taking the bus. I would have requested a refund. My fault for not doing better research.

Did the hop on hop off tour and I really enjoyed it. Got to learn about the history of Dublin and it's surroundings. Got to see lots of places marshes library, St Patrick's Cathedral etc... and I really enjoyed them all. The tour guide was very entertaining. Would go again

The directions on where to find the stops were almost nonexistent. Tickets in my booking disappeared, tried the chat with no response. Called and were given wrong directions. Finally found a local to assist us. Found a stop after 45 minutes of walking. Driver was very helpful.

The bus pick up time was too far apart. Also, our bus broke down and we were not offered a refund of any kind. We ended up getting a taxi. In addition the tour company should let us know the exact stops and include information that most stops need tickets in advance and the cost would be nice to know!
