Our hotel was challenging to get to for pick up (nearby roads were closed), and our driver seemed impatient with us walking to find him on unfamiliar streets with minimal directions from him. He drove a bit fast on the way to the airport, too, even though we weren't late. He mentioned "needing to get back" a few times, so maybe he was supposed to pick up someone else once we got there, but it wasn't a very smooth drive. We were happy to have a personal driver booked, though, given our 5 adults and 5 large suitcases.

Our driver was punctual and communicated well regarding where we should meet him upon arrival at the DUB airport, especially since it was our first time there. We were able to share regular updates as we made it through customs, got our luggage, etc. He was a safe and efficient driver, as well as being nice and engaging.

I’ve been using this app to book cars for years and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was a little rocky. I reserved a “minibus” which has always been a van since we travel with a toddler and large luggage. Our driver was great but our transportation was a Prius. We barely fit!

We had quite the experience with our guide, Jason. He was very nice and so helpful. He did get caught in traffic so he was late picking us up, which could have ended badly. But the reason I give him a good rating is that he took extra time to take us in the airport instead of just dropping us off, and he got us to the right place very quickly, so we wouldn't end up missing our flight. He was very concerned about us, and we appreciated that he made sure we didn't get lost in the airport. We appreciated his efforts above and beyond his scope of duty!

They canceled our reservation while we were enroute. Discovered when we arrived that we had no transportation. Said they canceled because the six of us were coming on different flights, but they knew that from the beginning and I requested a specific pick up time that allowed for us all to get through customs.

The ride never occurred. We waited for an hour and a half after we were ready to be taken to our hotel. In addition. we did NOT get a refund for this no show
