Scammed for money. Booked a Desert Safari tour in Dubai and they were no show at pick up. After repeated attempts to contact the office, they haven't gotten back to us. Entire day planned is wasted. We will try to make the best of it now.

Cons: 1. Milestones of paid visits not mentioned: • Some stages of the tour were not clearly indicated in the initial package, leading to unpleasant surprises. 2. Paid boat tour: • Although supposed to be part of the package, the boat tour required an additional payment of AED 30 per person, which was not previously specified. 3. Tour by car: • The tour was more like a simple car tour than a guided tour, thus lacking interest and informative value. 4. Souk and other timed steps: • Stops at the souk and other stages of the tour were strictly timed, limiting the time to explore and fully enjoy. 5. Safari in the dunes in 4x4: • The safari in the dunes was carried out in dangerous conditions, with a driver talking on the phone and using headphones while driving, which posed a safety risk. 6. Camel ride: • The camel ride was paid for (20 AED per person), with free only to take a photo, which should have been clearly mentioned in the original offer. Pros: 1. Show: • The show offered during the visit was of high quality and was highly appreciated. 2. Meals: • The meal included in the tour was also very good, adding a positive touch to the overall experience. Conclusion: The overall experience of the visit was mixed. The lack of transparent communication about extra costs and inclusions, as well as hazardous conditions during the safari, reduced the quality of the experience. Better time management and clearer communication of visit details would have greatly improved satisfaction.
