Dubai Marina Dinner Cruise mit Live-Shows

Was good but not what I expected. Very one culture not multi cultural. Views where excellent. Food was ok

I can not fault the organisation once we arrived at the Marina to board the boat. We were allocated a table, which was shared with other groups. The buffet style meal was very nice. Plenty of choice and food available. Soft drinks were served throughout the meal, with an option to purchase alcohol if you wished. Photos taken prior to boarding which you could purchase for 50 AED each. Entertainment on the boat was nice. Communication in regards to transfer pick up time was poor. I messaged a number of times to confirm pick up time and was told driver would be in contact with me. At 6pm on day of trip, still no confirmation of pick up time. As no pick up time was confirmed, this impacted our plans prior to cruise as felt we needed to be at hotel incase we were an early pickup. Finally got a text from driver to say they were outside hotel. I replied, we are waiting outside our hotel. He then arrived 15 minutes later.

For us the boat was cancelled and put us on a wooden local boat. The trip there was in an old 8 seater mini bus. Once there the boat left the dock and then went back. Half an hour later left and then returned to dock to fix an issue. 20 minutes later finally left the dock. There was no English commentary on the way. Food and drink was served but it was very poor and drinks were warm. Entertainment started and finished quickly agin poor standard. I believe this trip was a lot cheaper than the one I originally booked but was not offered any sort of refund. Probably won’t get one either. My advice is book the best looking boat and pay as much as you can afford, I thought I had done this but circumstances and poor management ripped me off

This was disappointing as it was very crowded... loud hindi music which was disturbing. The buffet was all Indian food. We were charged for things which we did not purchase as well. Overall really bad experience for us. I don't recommend this to any one who want to peacefully enjoy a cruise!

It was a worst experience for us with Marina Star via Trendy Tours. We booked Marina star in advance and confirmed an upper deck open seat table for family of 4 for 120 AED per person but while checking in we say there were hustling extra people and organized temporary seating in all the decks. They refused to seat us at the upper deck saying they are fully booked. Marina Star staff was very rude and they said we can cancel. The decks were dirty and smelt or urine. The "live show" is misrepresenting. Having a guy twirl for approximately 20 minutes isn't my ideal of live entertainment. Also, the food wasn't that great. The best part of this tour is the fact that you are cruising on the water.

Okay , can we talk about how they spoil you right from the beginning ? I felt like royalty before even stepping on the yacht . and when i did , oh boy ! the service was top ntch , the views were breathtaking , and the whole experience was just smooth sailing ..literally .

My experience was so good with that, all the cuisines were so delicious I will recommend to you guys if you are seeking the place for dinner .

DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM USA. Per Wells Fargo, Trip Advisor is just a middle man that books the trips and all they do is get your money and give it to them. Here is what happened: 1. I reserved the ticket on 09/29 for 09/30 starting at 19:00. I paid for the most expensive package including the transfer, dinner, assigned seats, music, and show. Also because it had different prices, $70, $94, and $114, I got the most expensive one so I and my husband could have a good seat and good food. 2. The pick-up time was supposed to be at 19:00, however, we didn't get picked up until 19:30. 3. Upon our arrival at the marina at 19:45 we approached the person who had sticky notes in his hand and a printed list of guests. there was no line and everyone would jump in front of each other. we approached the guy and I asked him where our seat was, he gave me a sticky note with the L2 on it and he said it was our seat. 4. between our arrival to the time they let us to the yacht, we waited 1 hour outside with no water at 104 F degrees with high humidity. I was with heels and soaking wet because of the heat and humidity not knowing I had to wait like this outside. 5. around 20:45 the guy who gave us the sticky note came and told everyone to line up and everyone ( at least 50 people) aggressively approached the gate. I was shocked. 6. We got inside finally and we saw everyone just picked their own seat and the guy inside had a lot of sticky notes in his hand wondering around who should sit where. finally, he gave us the last table in the corner on the left side where there was no Air conditioning system and I could not even see the outside. 7. All of the bottles of water were so warm and they smelled like plastic so I had to ask them multiple times to bring me cold water. 8. at the time of serving dinner, the main guy told every table to approach the buffet table and get dinner. We were the last table to get food. There were no utensils, salads were gone. all the hot food was cold. And also we didn't know the name of the foods they were serving so we were not sure if there were any nuts in them for allergy purposes. 9. The cold bad food, and the hot spot that we had almost made me nauseous and I asked him to fix the situation. he ignored me at first but gave me a spot which later on the people who used to sit there returned and we had to move back to our horrible spot. 10. I used the restroom and there was no tissue to clean myself or anything to dry my wet hands. The restroom was flooded and nasty. 11. I couldn't believe I paid $114 for this bad experience. Most of the guests were indian as well as the crew so they got everything special for them. 12. The Yacht stopped at the marina at 22:00 and around 22:15 our driver found us and we waited 30 minutes waiting in the car until he started driving and taking us back to our hotel. we arrived at around 23:00 at our hotel. 13. The cruising time was supposed to be 5 hours, however, from the time we were picked up till we got dropped off, it was 3.5 hours. 14. When I returned from Dubai to Atlanta, USA, I contacted TripAdvisor first to complain and get a refund. They told me if I had called them they would never offer this merchant to me because their reviews are so bad and they have lots of complaints. I said then if this is the case why they are still on your website and you let them scam people.

Found an ad for an inexpensive dinner cruise in Dubai on the Oberoi. Price was less than half the cost of the others. But very nice. A little over crowded but decent size. Beautiful night for cruising and sitting outside. Entertainment was good. Food was excellent. Service was outstanding. Booked with Mr. Hamza. +971521384526
