Das Dubai Aquarium in der Dubai Mall ist eine riesige Unterwasserwelt mit über 30.000 Meereslebewesen. Die Hauptattraktion ist ein 40 Jahre altes Riesenkrokodil mit einem Gewicht von 750 kg. Dieses Aquarium verfügt über das größte schwebende Aquarium der Welt, das 10 Millionen Liter Wasser fasst. Im Inneren finden Sie eine Reihe faszinierender Lebewesen wie pelagische Fische, Piranhas, Pinguine, Eidechsen, Schlangen, Rochen und Haie. Das Erlebnis umfasst einen Spaziergang durch einen von Wasserlebewesen umgebenen Tunnel und sogar Schnorcheln in einem speziellen Käfig. Nice aquarium what you can see on the outside, when you enter of course more to see. But outside you can already see very large fish and sharks swimming. Nice also in the middle of a shopping mall

I booked a Burj Khalifa visit through Rayna Tours, and my experience was very disappointing. My booking was for 2:00 pm. Around 12:00 noon (two hours before the slot), I emailed Rayna Tours requesting a change in timing. They replied that the change could be made with an amendment fee of AED 100 per person. I immediately confirmed at 12:35 pm that I was willing to pay the fee. Unfortunately, their next response came only at 2:18 pm – after my ticket had already lapsed – saying the supplier informed them the ticket had “expired” and could not be amended. When I contacted them, they claimed amendments required 24 hours’ prior notice. However, this condition was never mentioned on my ticket, nor in their earlier email when they offered me the amendment option with fees. This lack of transparency and delayed communication caused me to lose my booking completely. If the 24-hour rule was truly a policy, it should have been clearly mentioned upfront, not after the fact. Overall, this felt unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend relying on Rayna Tours for time-sensitive bookings.

Great experience and very interesting animals. It is great to visit this place. Funny animals and we together make amazing memories, pictures and videos. I visited a lot of “animal planets” but this was the besz because some animals I have never seen before.

This aquarium is good, tickets are expensive though. It was a good experience. For Sharks and Penguin encounter, there are separate tickets. You can book in advance, otherwise you will have to wait in long queue. There is a good variety of fish. You can also take a glimpse of aquarium from outside.

Best aquarium we have visited. Well layed out and knowledgeable staff willing to share information. Could spend hours there.
Quite spontaneously and more by chance, we ended up in the Dubai Mall at the aquarium and booked the big ticket. The organization was a bit chaotic at first. After that, it was a very unusual experience. Being in the middle of a shopping mall in a multi-storey aquarium. The “zoo” is very lovingly designed and - if you have enough time - well worth a visit. You discover many animals that are not found elsewhere. Probably even more exciting with children. Fish feeding and a short boat trip included.

Good exhibitions for people who have never seen animals before but I come from Australia and I was expecting more interactive exhibits. I was done in 45 mins and thought it was a waste of time for me sorry!

Came here and the staff was lovely, the man who sorts out our jackets before was kind and funny tall man, got nice white coats to go in and see the penguins was fun, felt like I was in the movie happy feet, was lovely and so was the man who conducted the encounter he was very cheerful

Nice aquarium, nothing to say. At the checkout they do everything to try to sell you packages / experiences at exaggerated prices. We eventually opted for the penguin experience; result? 250€ in 3 - two adults and a 3-year-old child- (and penguins were forbidden to take pictures with their mobile phones because they took them for the modest amount of 50€ per print). Removed the exaggerated prices the experience was still very nice and the friendly and helpful staff

Being so close to the live and underwater animals was a great experience. The only thing that I would recommend is to have a more orderly structure as to where to start and finish this tour. Part of this tour is downstairs and part is upstairs so it would be nice to know which way to start the tour.
