Magdy! Super dive instructor! He is a master of the underwater world! I could not have asked for a better mentor. As somebody who gets easily anxious, I never thought I’d be able to dive... never! It was only possible thanks to instructor Magdy. I was super nervous about breathing underwater, but Magdy was incredibly patient, calm and reassuring every step of the way. He helped me calm down from my panic and reassured me that I was capable, he believed in me. I always felt 100% safe and supported. Highly recommended him for anyone wanting to learn how to dive! Magdy he’s everything an instructor should be - professional, calm, patient and kind.

The best part of my experience would be how good the instructors were, they were funny and very helpful. The amount of animals was incredible with over 65,000 different marine animals the tank was still had lodes of space. The sting rays were very friendly swimming up to me and giving me hugs. There was 1 fish species that loves to swim and pluck your hair (it felt like I got a deep clean). The price was about 375 for me and another person with the but 1 get 1 free deal. Overall it was about 1 hour long with 30 minutes training and 30 minutes diving. This 1 in a life time experience is best for beginners and intermediate divers with the extremely friendly and helpful instructors. The maximum amount of people in the aquarium at 1 time is 4 +6 instructors and 2 photographers.

This was my first time diving and I honestly didn’t know how to swim, so I was quite nervous at first. We were incredibly grateful to have Ahmed, Magdy, and Christopher with us. They were so patient, reassuring, and supportive, and they really helped us stay calm and feel confident throughout the dive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and most importantly, they made sure I could fully enjoy the experience instead of being overwhelmed by my fears. I never thought I would be able to do something like this, but they made it possible and truly unforgettable. Thank you, Ahmed, Magdy, and Christopher, for making my first dive such a beautiful and priceless memory. I’m so grateful for the experience!

This was one of my best experiences ever at first I was very scared of the sharks but my instructor Teresa was so kind and patient all the instructors are so kind and helpful! Teresa previously helped my daughter get her PADI license! It is a little pricey but 100% worth it once you get in! You go in with a small group of 5 they first explain to you how to go down and the safety precautions. Then you gear up and start going down for about 30 minutes. It is best for older kids over 10 and adults very fun and if you’re scared definitely ask for Teresa!!

It was really good we enjoyed it a lot . Must visit it with your family it was great experience with my familt in Aqua condo . Must try that . Jagdeep help us with the locker & charging phone she has a good nature we enjoyed with her in locker.

The park was extremely good and we had a lot.of fun. Black out was the best of all and Qasim was a great guy who helped with some things in the guest locker area

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I’m a certified diver with plenty of dives under my belt, but this was my kids’ very first dive, so we did the Discovery session together. We all absolutely loved it. The team was incredible – each of us had our own dedicated instructor. This meant my instructor let me enjoy the dive at my own pace, while the two instructors with my sons patiently guided them through every step, gradually easing them into the basics once we were underwater. I brought a camera along, and the team even helped gather us together for some great underwater shots. If you have family who aren’t diving, I’d recommend they watch from the hotel lobby – the view into the tank is fantastic. The marine life was breathtaking – sharks, rays, eels, and an incredible variety of fish all around us. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend this experience highly enough!
