Dubai Dhow Cruise Dinner in Creek mit Pickup Drop Option

We booked 2 tours with Rayna, the first one one was a city tour and the driver was 20 minutes which wasn't bad but then everyone kept getting threatened they'd be left behind and have to taxi it to the next venue if they were late back to the bus, most people were back and there was only 1 incident where one lady was abit late but the threats left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, then the DHOW dinner cruise we also booked was cancelled understandably because of weather but they weren't very good in rebooking it and then when they finally did after we chased them abit, they waited at the wrong entrance to pick us at up (where the first time and with every other tour we booked picked us up at the main entrance). We called their office and their driver and even popped over the other entrance but there was noone there with the Raya tour shirt like they had on the first tour on. We waited for 1 hour and yes had messaged the number of the driver they gave us who took quite a while to repond and then he gave us another number of a drive which said he waited for 20 minutes then left. In the hour we made numerous phone calls to the company and texts so we were very unhappy we were marked as a no show and missed the cruise with no refund and then had to find dinner at a late hour elsewhere.

Fun and worth it. we had a good time with other nationalities. The food was good and the DJ was patient enough to allow every country's music to be played

We booked our Dubai activities tour with Sakshi from Ranya Tours, Bangalore office. She planned all our 7 days meticulously. From the beaches to dow cruise, trips to various observation desks, all were nicely managed. The good thing about her is that, she responded very quickly for all our queries. she provided the good costings for all our activities. I would say Sakshi is good travel advisor. My wife and i booked the Dhow cruise. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. The Dhow cruise was excellent the show was good and the food was also good too. Big thank you to Vinay who booked this tour for us at the Arabian Courtyard hotel

Staff was kind and helpful. Show was entertaining but food had hair in it. There were also few food choices. Additionally, there wasn’t many sights to see during the cruise.

the MALEK representative of this company had an office at the Movenpick Lakes Towers Hotel, where we stayed; also several excursions were booked....Yacht tour.....visit to the Burj Al Arab.....organization impeccable....no complaints, everything was perfect! thank you Malek for your good humor and your professionalism!
