Definitely worth a visit and something different to do when in Dubai. We didn’t book the solo flight but no one else was there when we attended so got the balloon to ourselves which was great. Captain was friendly and explained the process of going up in the balloon and what to expect. Short flight but nice views of the palm and a great experience.

We were unable to fly due to the wind but the operator and Viator were very good at sorting it out - call before you go to check if its operating

I luckily was provided to have a private tour. It was after dark, and I was the last person to be on board with the pilot. The panoramic view of 360 degrees was better than any of the skyscrapers. It was just breathtaking and loving the city lights of Dubai ❤️ I would like to give a special thanks to the staff who arranged for me for the late visit to the Atlantis Waterpark with a private tour.
