Drittes Reich Rundgang München

The third reich tour was a great way to see the city and the influence of the nazi reign. Our guide Nick was excellent and showed us many historical sights and their significance. Highly recommended

I was nervous about booking this tour as it was three hours, but my spouse wanted to go. It was a great tour. Curt was extremely knowledgeable about WWII and the Third Reich. He was able to answer all our questions and made the stories engaging. I highly recommend going.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Tour was a very in depth history lesson but the best if you are looking for a short, light hearted into to the city.

Sara is an excellent tour host for the Third Reich Walking tour. She combines impressive knowledge of those times, their historical and sociological origins and their impact on Munich and Germany in general up through today. She is very engaging, has good two way interaction with tourists she is guiding and speaks English very well. She makes the whole tour interesting. I think she was literally “ born” to guide this tour.

Eric was very knowledgeable and personal with everyone on the tour. Fascinating day and anyone with an interest in the history of the Third Reich should take this tour.

Unfortunately, this tour was pretty disappointing. Our guide, Steve, was clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about history, and you could tell he knew the subject extremely well. I really wanted to enjoy the tour because the information itself seemed interesting. The biggest problem was simply being able to hear and keep up with him. He walked way too fast for a group tour and would often start talking before everyone had caught up and gathered around him. By the time some of us reached him, he was already partway through what he was explaining. He also spoke very quickly and much too quietly. This wasn’t just an issue for us — most of the people in our group seemed to be struggling to hear him as well. At several points, we basically had no idea what was being discussed. Steve clearly has the knowledge to give a great historical tour, but the pacing and communication made it very difficult to actually benefit from that knowledge. A guide needs to make sure the entire group is together and can hear before beginning each explanation. Unfortunately, we left feeling like we missed a lot of the tour, which made the overall experience disappointing.

Great tour, the guide Nick was very nice and gave a lot of good information about where specific events happened in Munich. Definitely recommend

This tour is very light on history. We basically had our guide read two existing signs to explain what had happened at each location, and then he rattled off dates and facts about World War Two that were unrelated to Munich

We really enjoyed our time and found that our tour guide. Michael was very informative and well-versed in his history and was able to ask questions and keep us entertained.
