It's worth a lot. Great ride, low music to listen to without having to shout, the boat is not crowded, they prioritize safety, allowing you to cruise around it peacefully. Clean bathrooms. All those responsible for the vessel were very attentive, polite, and ready to assist with the smallest details. As the beaches are beautiful, on this day the guide received information that there were Orcas very close to where we were. And we spotted some, we were able to take photos, make videos. As for the gastronomic part, the boat has skewers of various types at a good price. And there's also the drinks section, with affordable prices. The trip is very worthwhile.

The Don Juan tour is undoubtedly the best experience in Arraial. If you like to appreciate nature, a familiar and clutter-free environment here is the right place. Not to mention they have beautiful mascots who go on the tour with us.

Standard tour, but without differentiators for the price charged. I did the tour from 9 am to 1 pm, with about 35 people on board, at a cost of R$ 180 per person. The script followed the traditional itinerary: Farol Beach: Stop of approximately 50 minutes (extremely strong wind at the location). Pontal Beach: 50-minute stop, with excessively cold water. Forno Beach: Just a few-minute stop at the cove. Go past the blue crevice and grotto. The boat's structure was okay and the music on board was okay. The only highlight is to leave a little earlier and not overcrowd the boat. However, there was no differentiated service to justify the fee charged. I recommend that on days with such strong winds, the time spent at the lighthouse beach be reconsidered. With strong winds and no protection due to Navy restrictions, the tour is compromised. In these circumstances, maybe it's better to stay less time on this beach and stay longer in another more favorable option.

A temperatura da água, infelizmente, é algo que não conseguimos controlar e Arraial do Cabo já é conhecido por ter águas mais frias, especialmente durante o período de inverno, que é justamente a época atual. Essa característica acaba fazendo parte da experiência do destino e não interfere na qualidade ou na realização do passeio. Em relação ao vento, nossa prioridade é sempre a segurança dos passageiros. Quando as condições de navegação não são adequadas, o passeio é cancelado ou temos qualquer alteração determinada pela Marinha. No dia da sua saída, porém, as condições estavam dentro da normalidade para Arraial do Cabo e não havia nenhuma restrição que comprometesse a segurança da navegação. Inclusive, você mesma pontuou alguns dos diferenciais da nossa operação: a organização do barco, a música a bordo, a saída mais cedo e, principalmente, o cuidado para não trabalhar com o barco superlotado. Nosso compromisso é justamente proporcionar uma experiência mais confortável, com espaço e tranquilidade a bordo, além de cumprir rigorosamente o horário de saída. Entendemos perfeitamente que esses diferenciais podem ou não ter o mesmo valor para cada pessoa, e respeitamos a sua percepção. O valor do passeio está justamente no conjunto da experiência e na proposta de oferecer mais conforto e qualidade durante a navegação, e não apenas no roteiro em si, que é naturalmente semelhante entre os passeios da região. 10/10 experience from start to finish. Juan is a dynamic and pleasant person. The boat trip is fun and has a good atmosphere; it offers a trip that is different from the rest of the companies, much more relaxed and sophisticated. They also offer total security, they know the sea and wind forecast to perfection, and the boat is beautiful, well-maintained, and safe. Both the crew and the company of Marujinha (the golden retriever) make the route unbeatable. My boyfriend had the bad luck of stepping on a sea urchin at one of the beaches while snorkeling, and they accompanied us to the hospital to have his wounds treated and even asked us the next day how he was doing. Great human quality, especially from Juan and Mayra. Eternally grateful!!! We want to return and will recommend it to all our friends!!! Thanks for everything!
