Delfin-Tour Banana Boat ab Soma Bay/Sahl Hasheesh/makadi/Safaga

So I would love to be able to give 5 stars but a couple of things stop this. So pick up and transport was great to Hurghada. 45 mins from Makadi. Boat was spotless and crew very welcoming. Good safety briefing. First snorkel stop was great. They then managed to find dolphins for us to swim with! Lunch was lovely and soft drinks hot and cold all day. Ok then the second snorkel stop appeared a little too soon after lunch. Possibly only 30 to 45 mins max. The second reef was not particularly good with limited fish and some dead coral. Nothing like the first. Then we headed straight back to port arriving about 2pm. No banana boat was offered and so that and the fact that the trip was max 5 hours not approx 8 was misleading. Don't get me wrong we had a good time just think it was rushed after lunch and then cut short. Not sure why perhaps because only about 20 of us on the boat and in December ? It was good value ,just be aware of the 45 mins transfer time each way from Makadi and you may not get a water ride or a full 8 hour day. Ps they do take good photos and videos but no pressure to buy them. I have fed back to the tour operator....

You get for only 30€ what you can expect . The boat was so semi clean - I was glad to have my own Snorkel Gear. The dolphins are “hunted ”, i.e. in our case, chased by 8 large boats with neat noise. You're not allowed in the water here. Snorkeling is only allowed in one group - so everyone goes after the guide who fed the fish. The crew on board was very nice and really cared. There are soft drinks like Coke, water and sprite and coffee all day and lunch buffet

The trip was a beautiful, unforgettable experience. Although I had massive stomach problems, I could swim with the dolphins. The crew took great care of me so I could enjoy it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunate the trip wasn’t what I want it. The food was poor and cold. I couldn’t see dolphine. The trip was more swim and snorkelling.

Brilliant trip the crew were amazing with my children made so much effort to be friendly and kind with all of us but especially my youngest child, honestly was a truly amazing day topped off by swimming with the dolphins. Cannot recommend this trip enough

We did the dolphin tour on 26.09.24 and took the ship under the direction of Mosa and his crew out to the red sea with a wonderful sunrise Mosa explained everything beforehand how to behave when we are in the sea and see dolphins of us were made many photos and videos that you get later as a file as a memory. The food was plentiful and delicious we were lucky to be able to swim with many dolphins and snorkel along the reef. The crew was very friendly and helpful. before the tour we got the bath towels we ordered before the trip in Germany you can choose motifs and also leave his name patch. They are very large and have a great quality thank you for the nice time with you

Nice but... With fewer boats in the “dolphin zone” (we saw them 😀💪🏻) and a more relaxed snorkeling would have been even better.

Wonderful holiday. Food good and staff excellent. Beach on the doorstep and very clean. Loads of sun loungers and shade which was very necessary. Can't wait to ho again!

Great day for all the family, and we saw dolphins! The team were excellent and very knowledgeable. Safety at all tome was their absolute priority. Snorkeling and food were beautiful!
