Da das eigentliche DMZ verboten ist, werden wir in die Nähe des DMZ reisen, wo die Reisenden reisen dürfen; Imjingak Park, der 3. Infiltrationstunnel, Dora Observatorium, Dorasan Station, DMZ Theater & Ausstellungshalle und Odu Unification Observatory.

Nach der Abholung in Ihrem Hotel in Seoul am Morgen oder Nachmittag fahren Sie in die Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). Unterwegs gibt Ihr Guide einen Expertenkommentar zur Trennlinie zwischen Nord- und Südkorea. Steigen Sie im Imjingak Park am Ufer des Imjin River aus, um Artillerie- und Kriegsartefakte zu sehen, die während des Korea-Konflikts verwendet wurden, bevor Sie zur Freedom Bridge weiterfahren, wo fast 13.000 koreanische Kriegsgefangene bei ihrer Rückkehr nach Südkorea überquerten. Steigen Sie in den Bus und fahren Sie zum 3. Infiltrationstunnel, der sich unterhalb der Grenze zwischen Nordkorea und Südkorea befindet. Sehen Sie, wo die Südkoreaner die eigentliche militärische Demarkationslinie mit konkreten Barrikaden blockiert haben, und stöbern Sie in der DMZ-Ausstellungshalle nach Fotos und Kriegsartefakten. Ihre nächste Station ist das Dora Observatory, wo Sie mit dem Fernglas einen Blick auf Nordkorea werfen können. Fahren Sie am Unification Village vorbei, einer kleinen Bauerngemeinde, die sich auf die Herstellung von Sojamilch, traditioneller Sojasauce und Mais spezialisiert hat.

Lily from Seoul City Tour was one of the best guides we could have hoped for on this tour. A tour that covers so many important historical moments needs a guide who knows how to explain them clearly, and that is exactly what Lily did. I also really appreciated the fact that she explained all the details while we were still on the bus. It made everything much easier because, once we arrived at the monuments and buildings we were visiting, we were free to explore and take in the atmosphere without having to focus on lengthy explanations. I can only thank Lily for all the knowledge she shared with us, always with such positive energy, and Mr. Lee (I hope I got his name right!) for his excellent driving throughout the tour!
The DMZ tour was amazing and informative. We were glad we did this tour and thanks to our tour guide amazing Grace. 170m near to the border was thrilling not to forget the real life experiences shared from the Defector. You truly are an inspiration!!!
We went on the DMZ tour with Lily from Seoul city tours as our guide. She made the day very memorable, she has a unique energy and really made an effort to give us an amazing experience. It was a very informative tour and we learned a lot about the history of the DMZ and Korea in general

Our guide was Lily from Seoul City Tour. She was brilliant, lots of energy and her English was very good and easy to understand. She took photos of everyone on the suspension bridge from different angles. She took the time to learn everyone’s names and try to talk to everyone. She saw that it would be raining later in the day and booked the North Korean observatory first so we could see the view before it rained. Once it rained, it was cloudy and people arriving couldn’t see. We are from Australia. The meeting point was easy from the blue line/number 4 line. There is a 7-11 there so you can grab some snacks since there’s not a lot of places open for breakfast in the morning. You can not eat on the bus but you can have coffee/juice/water.
