I used them three times on my trip to Phuket. All three of the vehicles were newer, comfortable, and had great air conditioning. The drivers were all courteous and very helpful. I got to choose what I wanted to see, and they offered friendly suggestions. The drivers were punctual. The office sent me a text every day with the plate number of the car so I could identify my driver. I will definitely use them again. Tip: Google Translate on my phone helped communication in many places.

driver was polite didnt talk much ride itself was fine but something threw me off when we got in he asked where we wanted to go first we said big buddha he said okay then like 5 minutes later he made a phone call and handed the phone to us it was someone from the company saying we had to pay an extra 300 baht to go to big buddha because of the mountains that part felt off there was no mention anywhere during booking about extra charges for certain places we didnt mind paying more but it should have been said upfront especially since they advertise going to main tourist spots like big buddha it just felt unexpected and unprofessional

We had a wonderful experience!!! This was the absolute perfect way for us to see the sites we wanted to in the relaxed pace. The air condition car was lovely. Our tour guide was so patient as we took our time at The Temple, Big Buddha, The Jewelers and Monkey Hill. We felt safe and we are grateful for the time!

A driver not an english speaking guide takes you around without sharing any info. Nevertheless, it is efficient and convenient, and thanks to google translate we have communşcated. I forget my cap in the car, next day it was delivered to my hotel, special thanks to themgmt for prompt response.

It was good experience. Driver was good and punctual. He gave us on lots of different local site seeing options like honey and cashew farm but after we said no a few times to making stops the driver realized we just wanted to walk around old town. He communicated through Google Translate which was helpful.
