Having been to Disney World Orlando many times, and Disneyland Anaheim is feel like I’ve become accustomed to expectations of the Disney brand. Walking into DisneyLand Paris immediately set the tone that things would be different. Cobwebs and litter are things you never see on a Disney property, That existed way too often for my liking. The price we paid, to find many rides and attractions unavailable is disappointing. Fast Pass is great if you’re willing to pay for it. It’s gotten out of control. And unfortunately, hurts the paying customers. Disney needs to find a new solution. Everything can’t just be about money.
A place that is always magical for children but many attractions were closed even though it's summer and there are a lot of people... And especially when you wait in line for 45 minutes with young children who are difficult to manage, it's very hot, and suddenly, you are announced over the microphone that due to a technical problem, the attraction cannot restart, and this happens several times in a day, I must admit I am very disappointed with Disneyland Park... Quite exorbitant prices for ice creams or a mini bottle of water, few fountains to refill your own water bottles... Let's not even talk about the prices of small souvenir plush toys for children, extremely expensive... No, really very very disappointed..
Disappointing. Endless lines, from 40 minutes to 60 or more for a game. Check also with the app. To access with priority, they also ask for 15 euros per game. Not worth returning.
Did not have time to do many attractions, it was a bit cold, but very cute, good memories, childlike, laughed a lot.
Great day at Eurodisney; we were there at the opening and were able to enjoy all the attractions we wanted to do thanks to the DISNEY priority PASS, which is not cheap but very effective, with no more than 10 minutes of wait for attractions... The only downside was the behavior of an employee at RATATOUILLE, who was inappropriate, probably jaded with his job.....
Disneyland Paris had great customer service. Everyone was friendly. The ride lines are long. Get the priority pass. It was a wonderful experience.
Due to the numerous attractions being closed, we will request a refund for the tickets. Only 3 attractions are open. Absurd!!
Staff is not very courteous!! Reservations that cannot be made due to events canceled at the last minute. Little attention to people with disabilities forced to chase events from one point to another. Some attractions have been closed and also a whole series of accesses that were previously easy to access have been blocked. Therefore, considering that we have been to Disneyland 3 other times, we believe that in addition to the increased costs, we find no improvement but only general degradation!
The food was extremely expensive and terrible; the worst part is that half of the things were closed, all for the same price, with the excuse that it is due to the heat. It feels like the medieval times; oh, and bring water because it is overpriced.
This is our second time with our children (8, 10), we only did 1 day and loved it just as much as the last time we went. Food incredible, atmosphere amazing, fireworks great as always. Downsides - Disney adults that don’t respect children and push them out of the way! Feel the rides could do with being updated as very outdated
