Dear Viator Customer Support, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent Dinner in the Sky reservation experience. I booked and paid for a reservation for four guests two days in advance. However, on the day of our scheduled excursion, I was contacted and asked if our party of four would be willing to split up due to limited seating availability. This request was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. If there were not four seats available for the selected time, the reservation should not have been confirmed or payment accepted in the first place. The booking system should accurately reflect availability before allowing customers to complete a purchase. Because of this issue, we were left scrambling to find an alternative activity at the last minute. To make matters worse, our funds were tied up while waiting for the refund to be processed, preventing us from booking another excursion. This experience caused unnecessary stress during our vacation and fell well below the level of service we expected when booking through Viator. I respectfully request that you review this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused, in addition to ensuring that your reservation system accurately reflects available seating to prevent this from happening to future customers.

The hosts were entertaining. The food was good but could have been warmed more than it was. The water and drinks could have been sitting in ice.

This was a fun experience with beautiful views and a great atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, and the meal included several courses: bread, salad, soup, a main course, and dessert. The live music created a great vibe, and the staff's dance performances were a fun touch. I also purchased the unlimited drink package for $40 per person, and the drinks were excellent. The cons: - The steak was very tough, and it came covered in gravy and mushrooms without us being informed beforehand. Fortunately, I was able to eat around it. - The pricing for the photo package seemed inconsistent. We were quoted $60, but after taxes and the card processing fee, the total came to $75. Meanwhile, another group of two was quoted only $40. I'm not sure why there was such a large price difference. - After the tour ended, we waited more than 30 minutes because transportation back to our hotel was never arranged for us. This caused us to be late for our next event. Overall, it was still an enjoyable experience and one I'd recommend trying. Just be prepared for the extra charges and make sure your return transportation is confirmed before the tour ends.

Great experience only bad side food wasn’t good and it was cold but other than that it was nice staff was great
