Polina did an absolute phenomenal job guiding my friends and me through Shinjuku on the 'Dark Side of Tokyo' tour! I highly recommend booking this for your first night in the city. We learned so much fascinating history and insider info about the area. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to explore and eat at all of the restaurant recommendations. A must-do 5-star experience!

We loved this tour!! Our tour guide Huy was so funny and really knew all the little secrets of the dark side of Shinjuku. We saw spots I would have just walked by. Touring the city at night was incredible because it gets chaotic and there are so many groups of people to see and watch. We even stayed a little longer for Izakayas on Memory Street and had some great food. Would not recommend for young kids as there are secrets of the city they are not ready to hear about haha.

My wife , Michelle & I from New Zealand did this 2hr tour with 7 others from 7pm . Paulina was a fantastic guide ; she took us to places we would never have found ; so my best suggestion is do this on arrival to Tokyo , to get some bearings . So many little alleyways & back streets into the so called Dark Spots; always felt safe . Paulina gave us information overload , maybe too much to absorb ( but this was our last nite of our 12 day Japan trip) As a tour guide back home one thing I would recommend for the guides is to have a ear/ mircrophone pieces for each on the tour; Tokyo @ night is very noisy so unless you were right next to the guide you may not have heard the info. But that said I would highly recommend Paulina & this GR8 tour . Cheers Kiwis Mike & Michelle

Our guide was very informative and though out hotrl was located in the area he provided alot of the background which would never have know about. Would recommend this if you want to discover creek Shinjuku .

The information provided was very interesting. I felt safe the entire time as I was walking through the streets. Tokyo and general is a very safe place.

I enjoyed this tour as I have never been to Shinjuku. Paulina provided a lot of history of the area and lots of tips to maximize our visit.

It was a nice and informative tour. Our tour guide gray was very helpful. The site we got to see were just what I wanted.

Got to see some of the most notable attractions, Godzilla, 3D cat billboard, temple. Nice to do at night, good pace, doable walk.
