Bei jeder Weintour können Sie die faszinierende Geschichte hinter Castel Mimi entdecken und einige der besten moldawischen Weine probieren. Die Weingutbesichtigung beinhaltet einen fesselnden Spaziergang durch die Keller des Schlosses, die Gärten, den Innenhof und den Produktionsbereich des Weinguts. Die Weingutbesichtigung wird mit geführten Weinproben abgeschlossen, die Ihnen ein großartiges sensorisches Erlebnis bieten. Alle bis auf eine unserer Touren beinhalten auch eine Auswahl an traditionellen moldawischen Gourmetgerichten. Abschließend können wir sagen, dass Sie eine Reise mit einer Verkostung ausgewählter Weine in einem der raffiniertesten Weingüter des Landes - Castel Mimi - unternehmen werden. In einer ebenso authentischen wie modernen Atmosphäre werden wir hier eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Sie werden sich von den berauschenden Aromen der Weine verwöhnt fühlen! Das Weingut ist montags und dienstags nicht geöffnet.

Reiseverlauf
Unsere Straße zum Dorf Bulboaca dauert etwa 1 Stunde und 15 Minuten. Wir besuchen die Castle MIMI Winery. Die Tour beginnt am Eingang zum Innenhof des Schlosses, der wunderschön mit Rasenflächen, dekorativen Sträuchern, Labyrinthen, Weinfässern als Dekoration, einem musikalischen Springbrunnen, der seine Farben ändert und aus dem Boden sprudelt, geschmückt ist. Anschließend besuchen Sie die historischen Weinkeller, das Weinanbaugebiet, den mittelalterlichen Garten und das Heckenlabyrinth. Zeit für eine Weinprobe. Sie müssen 5 erstaunliche Castel Mimi-Weine probieren. Probieren Sie auch 7 traditionelle moldauische und Gourmet-Vorspeisen: Graved Lachs mit Schwarzbrot, handgemachter Tomme-Käse mit Birne, Pastete mit Mandel-Roggen-Cracker, Mozzarella mit Kirschtomaten und Oliven und Roastbeef mit Weinsauce. Der Weg zurück nach Chisinau dauert etwa 1 Stunde.

When I first booked, the lack of communication bothered me. It did get better and the driver to the actual tour site was very good.

A great trip. I was collected from my hotel in central Chisinau. My driver and guide was excellent: he was very knowledgable about Molvova, and so the journey to Castle Mimi was very enjoyable. It is really important to have guides who know the local scene, and my driver was excellent. Castle Mimi is a great destination visit if you are interested in wine. Because of local circumstances, I had a personal tour around the winery, and it finished with a tasting of five wines. All round an excellent experience.

Good tour. Slava was my guide. Spoke very good English. He was knowledgeable about touristy things (dates, facts, etc) but also open to share about life in Moldova. He was also a safe and attentive driver. The tour at MIMI was given by an employee of the winery. Very polished. Good wines paired with interesting snacks. Recommend going when warmer to enjoy the fountain (closed over the winter) and outdoor areas.
This tour was amazing experience with Slava, he showed us all the iconic places from Chisinau, walking around telling us all the historic moments of each place. Finishing the tour at the Castle Mimi winery, all the history behind this beautiful castle and finishing with a delicious tasting of 5 types of wine and different snacks perfect for each wine. We really enjoyed the experience and the car had heating in the seats, something, that for winter, we really appreciated it.
